Brought my aged mother to visit Tasmania. The apartment was great as we got a room each, had a kitchen to make breakfast and cook a meal if she didn’t feel like going out. Tea/coffee/sugar/milk provided to get you started, and Cole’s supermarket down the road for supplies. Laundry available on site. Walks/windows are a bit thin so recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, but really, this has everything you need and an easy 6-7 minutes to the centre of Hobart. Great to have somewhere to come back to and relax, has Netflix too. Good value for money.

Fantastic accommodation and one of my favourites of my trip so far around Tasmania. Great price. Quiet location. The tree lined entry and old charm of the red building were exactly as shown on the website. We were in the red building, in a fully self contained unit with a beautiful new bathroom which included a luxurious spa bath. As we cooked each night, the oven was a big bonus to us. I loved the old school charm that the unit still has. The gardens are immaculately kept and the roses are just stunning. We even utilised the laundry which was cheap compared to many others I’ve used. Would definitely stay again if back in Hobart.

We spent 6 nights at Graham Apartments and found it very spacious and comfortable. We walked into the city (40 min) and enjoyed the coffee shops and restaurants of Elizabeth St on the way. The kitchen was well appointed with a full stove, frypan and implements. We were able to use the guest laundry and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

you could not ask for a better place to stay. only 15-20 minutes from CDB Hobart, room was really comfortable, and had everything that you would need for either a short or long stay. the thing that impressed me the most apart from the friendly service, is the information folder they have in the rooms. I have travelled a lot of the years, and they are the frist place I have stayed that have dedicated pages with information for disabled people. I was travelling with a friend who has cancer, and it was so helpful having tourist places listed that were easy for people in wheelchairs, what resturarants were wheelchair friendly and what free toursit attractions had easy access.
I cant recommend them more highly, and would have no hesitation to staying there again and recommending them to my friends.

20 out of 10 rating.

Have stayed here a few times and it is always very clean and quiet and never disappoints. We asked for a room with easy access to the car for luggage etc and they were happy to provide a lovely unit (even though we were in the budget range) that had a car park right outside our door. Was very pleasantly surprised that all we needed in the way of kitchen amenities was provided for the price we paid - also an iron. We will return.

From the initial phone call to book a unit at Graham Apartments, to checkout on the day of our departure, my husband and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and the two bedroom unit was extremely clean, comfortable and warm - the heater was on when we arrived which was very welcoming! Our upstairs unit, accessed by external stairs, had a lovely view, and the kitchenette was modern and very functional. The complex is situated in a quiet location amidst beautiful gardens, with the local small shopping centre just two minutes away by car, and there is plenty of easy parking. The compendium of information in the unit is really comprehensive, with valuable tips on what to do/where to go with kids and teenagers particularly well documented. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Very clean and tidy, had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Easy parking and reception staff were very helpful. Only downside was front wall very this and the people next to us got in very late and the sound carried. Location is very handy and unit was big enough even stuck inside with two kids for two days while it rained.

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and modern. Beds where very comfy. Was quiet and lots of parking.
We were there with grandsons, 1 and 3 yrs old, and while we were mindful of the stuff in the cupboards could I suggest the option of child locks on low cupboards. The youngest one was very quick and grabbed a couple of glasses, which broke. We then took all breakables out of the cupboard, should have done that earlier sorry. The carpet was beautiful, a carpet sweeper would be an added bonus too as I felt terrible leaving the UN vacuumed room.

Will definitely recommend and stay there again as was lovely 🌷🌷

Large, well equiped apartments in a charming 1929 building. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms unit with our 2 kids and their 2 grandparents. Plenty of space and includes a huge kitchen with good quality equipment. Good space in living and dining. Rooms were large as were bathrooms. We were on the top floor so didn’t have sound issues but I think if you’re in the bottom floor it could be noisy?

No air con in the rooms which made it quite hot and stuffy in an unseasonal heatwave for Hobart on NYE & NY’s day. We had to keep all the windows opened and the unit has plenty of fans.

New Town is only 5mins away from the CBD and has a large Coles and Kmart 3 mins drive down the road. Very convenient.

There is a shared laundry and shared clothes line & dryer. Bring lots of $1 coins for the cost.

We stayed here on our recent holiday trip in Hobart with 2 adult children. Kelly was very helpful to answer our questions after booking re late check-in. We stayed in 3 bed 1 bath apartment in No 29, it is perfect for us with each adult child has own room. The apartment is very clean, it has a good size kitchen equipped with the usual utensils plus electric wok, toaster , sandwich maker. It is the perfect place to stay if you have car, otherwise both Woolworth and Coles are only 10 min walk and plenty choices of restaurants on Elizabeth street are only 15 min walk. The downtown apartment we usually stay costs a lot more, you can easily spend the savings on eating out. A pleasant stay for our family, we will be back.
