We spent a week at this hotel in a premium apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything was in good condition. The reception staff and the cleaning staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, close to shops, restaurants and the MONA ferry. There is also a cafe on the ground floor which we ate at a couple of times. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would chose this hotel again.

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment - facing the bay $275 p/night. It’s a modern hotel (self contained rooms) with lift. Hotel has a small cafe at street level. We arrived on a late evening flight out of maned reception hours. Reception hours 9.30-5.30pm weekdays, till 4pm weekends - if arriving out of these hours they arrange a very easy and safe key pass pickup system. No issues. Free parking in the car stacker also. Street parking is free 6pm to 8am daily, with a 2 hour limit and parking inspectors do patrol the area. The apartment had a small kitchen area fully equipped with cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. You could make an egg breakfast or small meal. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery etc. The kitchen / eating and lounge area one shared room with the balcony. A large flat screen TV here also. The mini bar which was well appointed and replenished daily. Complimentary coffee/tea also topped up daily. The bathroom was clean and neat, with a washing machine and ironing board. Complimentary shampoo, body wash etc replenished daily. The bedroom was very small and for two people with luggage - one bag ended up resting in the lounge area the whole time. Comfy bed and bedding and a flat screen TV on the wall. Location is great - 5min walk to Salamanca Place restaurants (restaurants, pubs, bars, shops) and 15min walk to Constitution Dock restaurants.

The location of the Salamanca Wharf Hotel is the highlight for us and keeps bringing us back. The apartments are well equipped, spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. On our most recent stay we were given Apartment 1 - a PREMIUM one bedroom apartment. We were able to overlook the worn sofa and cushions and dining chairs. However the mattress was of such poor quality that it offered no body support whatsoever. As soon we sat on the bed, we were almost on the floor. We dreaded going to bed each night and had backaches every day. To make matters worse the Hotel had a faulty alarm which kept ringing at intervals throughout the night and early hours. It kept us (and all other guests) awake and wondering if there was an actual emergency. Given that this property is marketed as a 5 star luxury experience, we were disappointed. The location is 5 star, but Apartment 1 is definitely not. We did mention the state of the mattress to management, and we hope this issue as well as the faulty alarm has been rectified for the comfort of future guests.

A 22 room hotel , it was perfectly located close enough to Salamanca place but away from the main strip and noise . We booked two penthouse apartments and were slotted 19 and 21 , different layouts . One studio and the other a one bedroom . It was spacious, warm , comfy bed, kitchenette plus laundry and one apartment had 2 tvs. Reception is from 9 to 5 only and you have to make arrangements for after hours check in . There is no room service but a cafe serving breakfast and lunch to 3 pm Is in the ground floor and has good coffee and meals . Staff were really friendly and helped arrange luggage to be moved when we booked a different room for an afternoon stay before a night flight . Lots of restaurants around and the Mona ferry is 5 minutes away , city is a 15 minute walk as well and battery point around the corner . There is on site parking but for smaller cars .

Fantastic, friendly small hotel. Rooms and amenities exactly as the website describes. This hotel provided me with a credit from when co-vid first began and borders were closed. Re-booking was seamless and I could not fault our stay, from our warm welcome, complimentary umbrella when we arrived to lovely room. We loved walking along Salamanca place each day and night trying all the different restaurants and cafes with varied cuisines across the waterfront and streets above. Near the markets, easy walk to the Mona ferry, State Gallery and Museum, shops and easy for uber, taxis and just strolling. Highly recommend. Just be prepared that if you wish to self cater, there are no supermarkets or convenience stores (other than a specialist fresh produce store) within easy walking distance. Value for money.
