Room presented very well and extra towels and other ammenities available due COVIDSafe procedures.
Hot water quick and very hot. Heating sufficient including an electric blanket on the queen bed.
We stayed 2 nights initially before heading off on a 4-day trek. They looked after our extra street luggage over this time and had it ready in our next room after we returned ( including some dip we left in the fridge!).
The day we were to leave Hobart at 7:30pm, the staff ( namely the lovely Roselee) organised for our luggage to be stored at the apartments as we walked around Hobart after check-out.
All in all, really pleasant, friendly service from the staff during both our stays.

We were impressed with the accomodation in a number of ways. We had a friendly and professional check-in with everything explained, our room was comfortable and spacious with a newly renovated bathroom. The furniture in the main bedroom area looked a little old but that was part of the charm - it was comfortable and clean. Best of all, we could walk to the city (25 mins) or to a cafe and restaurant strip with a shopping centre which was only 5 mins away.

The hotel itself was ok, but the manager named Jen was very unprofessional. Here is why. We had to carry our own utensil because of my parent's dietary requirement. While leaving the hotel, Jen saw us putting our utensil in car. 20 minutes after she called me and said a pan is missing from room. When I asked if she checked everywhere and she said yes, which was a complete lie. So drove return back to hotel in heavy traffic to figure out whats the issue. When I met her face to face and I said we dont have hotel's pan, she said she saw us putting that in our car from corner of her eyes. She started apologising when we show our utensil and didn't have answer when I asked why did she not come out asked us immediately about when she saw it from reception. This incident ruined by day's schedule and really upset all of us. Jen should not be as manager for better reputation of hotel.

Great place to stay. The apartment had all we needed. Beds were very comfortable and had electric blankets on the beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Sandy Bay shops and within walking distance of Hobart city centre. The only downside was we had a visit by ants during one night and they got into some of our food.

Four of us stayed for 4 nights. The apartment was roomy, fairly central to Hobart and a very nice place to relax. It was a few minutes down a hill to the main drag in South Hobart with plenty of eateries and pubs. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our Travel Agent gave us 3 options and we chose Grosvenor Apartments and have found we picked very good accommodation. Only a few steps to go to our apartment which is very well appointed and very well maintained. Very clean, very quiet area, but close to shops only 7 min walk to Sandy Bay road. Good TV with Netflix and Youtube available. Good wifi speed, plenty of towels etc, updated well appointed bathroom. Its only 1.5km easy walk to Salamanca Market.

As a family who has stayed many times at Grosvenor Court, we booked for a weeks holiday in early January. Unfortunately because of COVID we weren't able to transit through Melbourne Airport and could not make the trip.... we were very disappointed. We had also booked a hire car, various trips, restaurants etc who were very happy to sympathetically refund our money. All except Grosvenor Court. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and when I explained we didnt have a choice and it was beyond our control her reply was amongst other things- "not my problem we have bills to pay too".
Our holiday is rebooked at Easter - Needless to say we will never stay there again.

Group of 4 stayed in #40, Four bedroom house (two bath). The house is huge, plenty of room for everyone, spots for two cars, well appointed kitchen with everything we needed (including a nespresso machine). Full laundry. Walking distance to Sandy Bay road, Woolworth and Coles.

Only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that we found tissues and plastic under the bed when we were checking we'd left nothing behind. Otherwise, it's a nice big unit, quiet, good kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable bed. 5 minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants and about 20 mins to the Saturday market. Staff very helpful.

Hi Joan,
Apologies for the delay in replying to your question.
It will depend on the room type you book. Our Studio Apartments have 1 x Queen bed but for $20.00 per night we can add an additional single bed. Alternatively you can book a 2 Bedroom Apartment. Please feel free to call us on 03 6223 3422 to discuss your options.
Kind Regards
Shane
The Redline shuttle will drop you off at the hotel if you ask the driver.
Be aware that they do not collect from us to go to the airport, the nearest collection point is 5 minutes walk away
Only the 3 Bedroom Houses have private courtyards. The one & two bedroom units do not have a private courtyard.
Regards
Gareth / Reception
