This was a home away from home while my wife was undergoing surgery. The apartment was clean, well laid out, nicely furnished, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable from first night to last. The staff were supportive and friendly and provided excellent services. Location is central and easy to access. On site parking can be booked when you make a reservation. This is the best accommodation we have stayed at in Hobart and we will certainly be returning. Thank you for a great stay.

Spacious room for our family, super clean and within walking distance to all things in Hobart. Parking convenient with small charge. We had to cut our stay short due to medical reasons and the staff of the hotel were so accommodating and assisted with a refund of the remainder of our stay which was very much appreciated. We couldn’t be more grateful. Breakfast was included in our rate and was simple compared to others, but we found it worth the charge for what was on offer. The Buffett offered all the basics and was always stocked and cleaned. The whole team from check-in, room service and restaurant were accommodating and friendly. We will definitely recommend without hesitation and will return next time in Tassie.

The room we stayed in was clean and tidy although it could have had some maintenance on the grout in the shower and the outside windows needed a clean. Also a 11am checkout was appreciated. Great central location although a little traffic noise even on the top floor but this is expected being on one of the major streets in Hobart. The downfall for the accomodation was the reception staff. On check in at 2pm we were greeted by a reception staff member who was one of the rudest reception staff members who I have come across and said our room was not ready and would not be for another 20 minutes. We decided to go for a walk whilst waiting and then get a call a minute later to say the room was ready. There was a lack of communication. On return to reception we were greeted by another staff member who was not quite as rude as the first one. I would stay again however I hope that I would not see the reception staff again.…

Couldn’t fault anything, had a great time enjoying Hobart and once the day was done, we looked forward to getting back to a very comfortable bed and breakfast was yum and staff were very friendly and efficient.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Hobart and is walking distance to most things you will need. It was something like two blocks from several food options and four blocks from the waterfront. There was a grocery store within a few blocks as well. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and found it to be great for our family group of three adults. The apartment was large. It had a good-sized kitchen with plates and silverware, a fridge, microwave stove, and oven. Then there was a very large dining and living area that included a table with 4 chairs and two very comfy loveseats. We particularly enjoyed napping on the loveseats. We also enjoyed that we had so much space. The bedrooms were comfortable and came with extremely comfortable blankets. Our apartment had a full bathroom and then an extra half bath. Faucets were a bit hard to turn but fine once we figured them out. The apartment also had a washer and a dryer - we were very excited to have a dryer. The dryer was very tall, as in stand on a chair to make sure you got everything out of it tall, but it got everything dry, which was the important part. The place is fully set up with housekeeping and a helpful 24 hour front desk. There is parking available, but they recommend that you request it with your reservation as it can quickly get crowded. The hotel also had a gym on the property. It had a good variety of machines in a relatively small space. The hotel also had a restaurant, which we tried for dinner. Dinner was quite tasty. We enjoyed fish and chips, short ribs, and a salad with grilled chicken and sweet potato. We also enjoyed the large cheese pizza appetizer and the tomato soup. This is a great place to stay in as a base to explore Hobart and the surrounding area. There is a lot in the hotel itself but also in the surrounding area. You should consider it for your next stay in the area!…

As a former woolclasser in NZ in the mid 80's, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to actually stay in a former woolstore. The original exterior does the era justice but once inside the hotel was nothing short of modern with a touch of wool themed bars etc. In the heart of the CBD it was perfect for us. A very impressed guest 👌

Spacious room with full tub and shower. Everything seemed new or updated. King bed and multiple types of pillows. Nice bathroom amenities. Two roomy closets. Complimentary laundry machines; they provide laundry detergent too. Welcoming gust of warm air when you enter the lobby. So nice when you’re coming on from windy and cold outdoors. One of the nicer breakfasts we’ve had. Try the homemade muesli. Also wilted spinach! Fantastic location. Walkable to the wharf and local restaurants and galleries.

A great location with reasonable size room. Price is ok. The layout is challenging as there was no table for eating or coffee. There was a workstation. The bench space is very limited, with ample hanging space and storage. So the additional table is a must have. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would be good if we had access in and out of hallways to courtyards with chairs and tables would be a good addition, outside space is there just poorly utilised. Dinner was nice, however service was poor. We had to get our own menus, drinks and water for the table. Not once did someone come back to ask if drinks were ok. At the end of the meal we were asked if we’d like anything else.
