We stayed 4 nights in the Rubix Cuban, down the stairs at the back of the property. Loved it! Private and peaceful, individually decorated, quirky and definitely different. Very European, like Hobart. Great location in Sandy Bay, close to restaurants, river and the city. The only negative is that there is only a double bed, this makes it suitable only...

I have no idea why people accept the flaws and beauty in apartments and buildings in Europe but not Australia, The Last Villa is reminiscent of the history of Hobart and a unique boutique hotel; and I do love a boutique hotel. My daughter and I stayed for four nights in the Paris apartment with wonderful views across the bay....

Even though it could use some maintenance and freshening I still really loved this bohemian shack by the beach in Sandy Bay. It isn't luxurious but it has a great vibe and the location is awesome for a real Hobart feel away from the touristy waterfront. Do it for the fun and the freedom. Also the views!

It was really nice to find such a spacious , beautiful place just minutes drive from Hobart. Furthermore the quality of light , and views in the morning through the large bay windows are gorgeous. We spent two glorious nights in The Penthouse apartment enjoying the eclectic mix of Art Deco, retro furnishings and interesting artwork all comfortably at home in this beautiful old building which has been lovingly renovated by one of Tassie's leading creative architects. The view of the Derwent River from the Juliet balcony is to die for and your only minutes...

We loved the Spanish Apartment. The whole place is exciting and a lovely change from bland architecture. It was quirky, and I enjoyed the attention to detail of the design and interior decoration. I would like to stay in all of the different apartments

Stayed in Barcelona Villa, which was a funky spacious Villa. We enjoyed a large fully equipped kitchen & large lounge area. Owner was very responsive and replace a broken toaster so quickly. Close to Hobart and we felt very at home, with the magazines, CDs, books and DVDs provided.

I stayed Barcelona in May 15 and Jan 16. Couldnt fault it. A very cool place with original mid century Scandinavian furniture and an ambience I've not.seen or felt anywhere. There were some admin issues caused through the early departure of contracted management late 2015. Theyre all over now, and the business is once again in the hands of oqner...

Where to begin. The place has the potential to be lovely. We stayed for 4 nights in the Barcelona. On arrival we could not find anyone so we went away and came back later with no one still there. The contact number we were given was disconnected so it took us a while to find the correct number. Once we...
