As others have said this pub is in a great location with large rooms and a comfy bed. Jane, who checked us in, was very friendly and pleasant to talk to and we also talked to Brenden, the manager who was quite pleasant as well. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was an added bonus. Toast, cereal and drinks...

Nice place with great staff. Located approximately 15 min walk from the harbour. A little old but huge rooms and good breakfast included. Nice, local pub in the house and wine and beer shop at the backside, where you also have parking.

My room was very dated with a musty smell. It was clean, I don't blame the cleaners for this at all. It smelt like everything was old- the carpet, the bed, the curtains. Nothing has been replaced in years. The bed was lumpy. The sink for my room was - wait for it - not in the bathroom. It's just...

This little pub has great live music and good food. The accommodation was basic but clean and not too far from the centre of town. We had a bathroom in our dorm room with the only downside being the basin was in the room itself and difficult to use as the bed was so close to it. Would recommend they...

Unfortunately this place couldn't provide adjoining rooms, so we were split into two rooms. While waiting for check-in A staff member in the common room refused to let us change the channel on the TV so he could watch cricket and play on his phone at the same time. How rude . Rooms had no ventilation and guests also staying...

This place is quite good for a meal or a drink with friends. It has a separate dining area for those who prefer not to be in the sports bar. It is not far from the CBD about a 10 minute walk. Great for watching live games.

It's not world class, but very friendly and really great for the money. Best stay we had on Tasmania. Started the stay by getting into a dorm with to extremely smelly people and the staff had us moved right away to another room giving us discount on the stay and doing everything they could to get us comfortable again. As...
