Stayed a few nights. Despite very central location in the city, it's quiet and my room was very comfortable, had a comfy bed and all I needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Just a few minutes walk to waterfront and next to the main shopping mall.

This was a nice little pub in the heart of the city, just a few blocks from the waterfront. Nice, clean room, upstairs on an inner courtyard, so very quiet. Friendly staff, held our bags for the day while we walked around. Good food, too. I'd recommend it!

We spent four nights at this Hotel in the middle of Hobart. The recently refurbished room was excellent, quiet and had all the mod cons. Friendly staff, great wifi and good breakfast. We were able to explore Hobart based at the Central Cafe Bar; day one we hired bikes and cycled out to MONA, day two around Salamanca, Battery Point.

Stayed here 2 nights, one before and one after our 6 day Tassie tour. Very nice and friendly people that work there. Nice and quiet rooms including breakfast. We could leave luguage in a locked room, while we were doing the tour around Tasmania. Would for sure recommend it!

I loved this hotel. For $120 it was good value. My room was really lovely and the price included a free cooked breakfast, which was very nice, and excellent wifi service. The staff were great. The hotel is right in the middle of the city - 2 minutes from Franklin Square and 10 minutes to Salamanca.

Great to find a consistent and well priced eatery in the middle of town. Only downer was the sound of pokies. Great variety of dishes. Can't beat the central chicken salad!! I always go back. Service is always friendly and prices reasonable.

I'd rate this a 3, but the proximity to the main tourist attractions combined with a good breakfast and reasonable price earn it a 4. We were in room #3, and I wouldn't recommend that room because it's on the street-side, near a crosswalk, and all night long the crosswalk beeper goes--loudly. The room is small, only suitable for one...

We had the double room at the rear of the hotel, my partner said that's good no road noise. Sadly at 4am the dumpster bins across the rear yard get pushed out to the road for collection, even on saturdays. Otherwise the room was fantastic, clean, very roomy, very modern and everything worked great, Shower, TV etc. The bed was...
