The unit had 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, The kitchen was small but adequate and adjacent lounge 2 seats and a lounge. Our unit had access to the front veranda where there were chairs and tables. The units have been built to a price and the outside of the units needs...

Booked as a package with Sealink. Cabin was pretty basic but clean. Full cooking facilities did not include an oven, and cooking equipment and crockery supplied was the bare minimum. The outside bbq was filthy and overall the outside appearance of the complex was one of neglect - weeds and cobwebs everywhere. The cafe was not open at all in...

Booked as a package through Sealink ferry site and arrived about 5.30pm to deserted lodge. Phoned and Dave (the owner?, friend?) answered and arrived about 10 minutes later to let us in. Apparently the manager was sick, hence no service on arrival. We had booked the 3-bedroom house on the Sealink site but Dave offered us a 2-bedroom villa with...

We spent three nights at the end of November - we were the only people on site. Our cabin was clean and comfortable but a bit basic. The only evidence of refurbishment was the large new fridge and small wall-mounted LCD TV. The bathroom was dated but OK and the shower worked. American River itself is quite isolated - we...

Arrived at the cabin and it was not very clean. It was dusty and clearly not been maintained, very run down. The air conditioning units did not work, the site states that breakfast is available, only for the cafe to have been closed and only open for lunch. Good location just a shame the accommodation hasn't been kept well.

Our cabin for 2 nights had 2 bedrooms,a bathroom and combined kitchen (fully equipped) lounge-dining area and a small verandah. Everything was neat and clean. It had a pleasant view over the bay and was quite close to a bird-hide and pelican area. Dave, the person-in -charge in the absence of the owner, was most pleasant and told us all...

We stayed for 2 nights during off-peak season, booked through Sealink as part of its $10 (per person, one way) ferry fare deal. The unit was a little dark (but the skylight does help a bit) but most importantly..very clean and tidy. Large living area...the only minor complaint would be that the TV being mounted high on the wall nearer...

We stayed at Ulonga Lodge as part of a short tour 'round South Australia. We took the ferry from Cape Jervis. The crossing was about 45 mins and only a little rough. KI is fab. We were out of season and so everywhere was really quiet. The Flinders National Park had a few walks closed due to bushfire damage, but...

Together with my husband and 3 children we were visiting relatives and friends in OZ.We visited Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.Whilst in Adelaide we decided to go and see some of the famous Australian wildlife having disappointingly only seen Kangaroo warning signs. We found Ulonga Lodge advertised in the Sealink brochure in their shop in Adelaide and also on the net.Sadly...

Found this little lodge on the web by chance, and we loved it. We really wanted the cottage, but it wasn't available, so we stayed at one of the cabins, which was nice enough. The owners, Judith and Glen, were beyond friendly, even when Glen had to drop his gardening and rush to buy groceries for our very-early breakfast, which...
