Hi Tony & Linda Thank you so much for your kind review. The passion and love that the Kitchen team inject into their work is certainly something I noticed when I first arrived, and I'm glad it's noticed by our valued customers. You mentioned that you've tried nearly everything on the menu: what's your favourite dish? Thanks again for taking...

It was late and we were tired. It was the only place open that had the cheapest room available but still pricey for what it was. We had a ground floor unit. Bed was uncomfortably, shower just dribbled out. Couldn't wait to leave the next morning. Didn't have a good feel about it Rooms were clean and plenty of parking...

Good afternoon Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay with us. I'm sorry to see that it wasn't a pleasant one for you. I'll investigate the issue with the shower. It may have been a problem we resolved while you were here so that you could've enjoyed your stay more. Coober Pedy does have...

Stayed here after coming out of the desert after 6 days of travel. Reception was friendly and helpful. Received discounts for hotel meals and drinks card. Rooms clean and a quite night sleep. Very comfortable with a large room for reasonable price. Washed clothes at caravan park which is part of same complex.

Checked in after a very long drive from Adelaide. Staff pleasant and helpful and room basic but clean. Food was absolutely delicious and fresh in the Bistro, would highly recommend dining there. We were just passing through on our way to Darwin but struggled to find anything to do in Coober Pedy!

Good afternoon Jayne A Thank you for taking the time to leave a pleasant review. We often get positive feedback regarding our food and I've noticed that our Kitchen team certainly put passion in their work. Coober Pedy has a number of gems to explore (no pun intended). I'm not sure what time or date you arrived, but perhaps it...

Took a while to find my booking when I checked in. Dusty location and whilst the room was acceptable, it's really over priced, but I guess everything is over priced in Coober Pedy. Went across the road for dinner to the Outback Bar & Grill which was very good. Overall an good stay for a night in Coober Pedy if...

Hi Bruce Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, it can be a bit dusty out this way. It might've been a bit windy the day you stayed with us which would've made it a bit dustier. I would be interested to know what website you are referring to that states guests need to pay for...

Waited almost an hour for my food and no apology when it arrived. Food was cold and tap soft drink tasted like soda water. No menus in the tables so had to offer for a family of 5 once I reached the front of the line. Felt rushed to order for a family of 5.

Hi Julie B Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with us. Very nice welcome by reception staff. Always a plus. Easy to find. Room was clean, big, not necessarily attractive, but adequate to our needs, wifi better than lots of others who claimed "free wifi" in our travels outback. Restaurant was out of spaghetti for the evening by 5:30! Look at other restos 1st. Don't fill your car with petrol before...

Hi Naomi W Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. It's good to see that you were looked after by the reception team, as customer service is something we pride ourselves on. We stayed here for a stop over on the way to The Rock. The rooms were clean, comfy. The adjoining restaurant serves great food too. My only complaint is that they need to work on the sound proofing of the room. It took a while to fall to sleep as you could hear trucks, people arguing, etc. despite that, I...
