On a 1 month camping trip but stayed here for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. Gave us a chance to wash clothes, rearrange very packed vehicle, refreze ice packs etc.Very modern kitchen. Washing machine, dishwasher and everything else you need. Just out of the main street (half a km). Great spot with no noise. Also has camping area,...

We were 2 couples on a tenting trip to Central Australia, and stayed here for 2 nights. No grassy spots (we were in the desert!) but good pizza! The amenities were very clean and showers had coin operated hot water. At 20 cents a couple of minutes, very cheap if you consider where we were. The staff were very friendly,...

Park was lovely, could choose own sites, good camp kitchen, enclosed away from flies. Host was very welcoming. Host is a pizza cook and they were sensational. Park also has a fou bus that does a 5 hour tour of the town and this was $79 per person and well worth the money, esoeacially if you have a hire van...

Well situated, within 2km.of Coober Pedy. Park under a refurbish program. BIG sites on the outer ring. Earthworks and congestion at point of entry. Water is a premium and costs to use. (20c for 2 min shower) Great Pizzas. Australian flag out front, needs replacing.

I usually only go to Coober Pedy for one reason, to leave early the next morning. But this time we stayed here. Sure the place is being renovated so you have to keep an open mind about camping in a construction site, but the staff were fantastic, young girl that worked in the restaurant was lovely. Place seemed clean to...

We paid $30 for a powered site for 1 night. The facilities and amenities were average, but they do actually charge you to use the shower. This seems pretty unreasonable to me, most campsites just limit the duration of the shower in order to conserve water. As we were leaving, I asked a member of staff at Reception if it...

Well I was really lucky to stay here for work and I got a double room with a spa. It was very generously proportioned with double glass doors overlooking the sunrise. When we booked we still had the great impressions of a previous stay some years ago. Upon arrival we were directed to the old 'overflow' part of the park having been told the other area was undergoing re-construction (not told this when booked).
