Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

So booked this apartment for 4 nights. As per agreement although the check in time is 2 pm. Asked the check in staff Nicky and few others to help as one of the guest was completely drenched in rain :( he was waiting and literally asking for help to check in for more then 2 hours . The cleaning staffs did arrived an hour before 2 pm and the person asked for help to see at least he can have a change of wet clothes. Despite several requests the check in staff Nicky did not shown any compassion what so ever and even threatened that he will not give us the apartments . Of course as a guest we are annoyed but we did not used any abusive language or do not disrespected the check in staff at all This is absolutely rubbish service and as an expert travel agent will never ever recommend this to any of our clients any more. I totally understand the agreement as I am in travel industry for more than 10 years but never came across this kind of behaviour from a service staff. Nicky was extremely rude quote - ‘if you don’t let me finish I will deny you the room’ despite I told her somebody is in distress !!! Extremely disappointed

Apartments in great location for Adelaide Oval and Adelaide Zoo. Short walk to restaurants in O'Connell Street. Apartment was good size, but only stairs to top level. There was no fan in the bathroom, and ran out of hot water for showers on occasion.

We had organised to stay 3 nights here and had to leave after one as my 2 childrens asthma and my own flared up so badly. There was a water leak with a mouldy sock covering it (from where a light was) portable heaters were supplied which were inadequate as most of the power points didn't work. The room had an appalling damp smell. Management were good when we discussed these concerns and relocated to comfort Inn which was lovely however, the cleaner who came up to us to assess said it is a known issue of damp on that side of the building and she even had to leave the room when we spoke to her as she struggled with her breathing from 15 minutes in the room. Again, management were nice to relocate us but these rooms should not be available to be rented out as are in in habitable for people , run down beyond belief and actually dangerous to people's health. I hope this review makes a difference and that this extremely damaging problem is fixed especially when it's across the road from a major hospital.

Stayed there recently for 2 weeks, (October 2021) the apartment was only serviced once after I rang twice requesting it done. There doesn’t appear to be any sound proofing, in my room I could hear everything that was going on in another apartment and they liked to go to bed after midnight and get up before 5am, every day. The beds were very hard. My sunglasses mysteriously disappeared out of my suitcase, I didn’t take them out, of course management says that their staff wouldn’t have taken them. Who else had access? T-towels provided didn’t dry, the exhaust fan in the kitchen didn’t work, the water poured over the floor when you had a shower, very poor design. You get a text message to say what apartment you are in but no information or instructions on where to find it. There is no reception on premises. Very dated but it was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The location was the reason I stayed as it was next the the hospital where my granddaughter was.

While it’s nothing flash (it is dated), the place was functional and worked well for our family of 5 for a 4-night stay and a good deal for the price. The apartment itself had everything you needed, was clean and the location was fantastic right by Adelaide Oval and the church. Only challenges was very spotty wi-if and parking can be challenging if it’s busy (as first come first serve). Had no issues with noise and check-in was super easy. Would stay here again if in Adelaide as value for money.

Excellent location and no problem walking to city centre or Adelaide oval or exploring North Adelaide with children. Large living area and fully equipped kitchen. One large bedroom containing double bed and a single. The 2nd bedroom is tiny and only big enough for the double bed which is comfortable. Modernised bathroom but bring your own shampoo and hairdryer. It was perfect for 2 adults with 2 kids (who loved having their own bed). Free parking on site. Would stay again with children as it is so conveniently positioned. Don’t expect anything flash though.

We have stayed here a couple of times due to the proximity to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, which is our primary reason for coming to Adelaide. We have stayed here a couple of times before for the same reasons. The apartment (# 27) we stayed in is one we have stayed in before. The issues we had the last time we stayed (pilot light in stove not working, poor heating due to poor sealing around front door and balcony door) is still an issue 4 years later which was disappointing to see given it has been taken over by new owners. The sound proofing is also an issue and due to where our apartment was located (facing the side alley and right under where garbage trucks pull up, facing the car park on one side and facing the main road on the other) there were issues with sound proofing. It was a very loud apartment and having stayed in a few others in Adelaide I would say it’s louder than most. The apartment overall was pretty run down which you’d expect for a 3 star. Bed sadly was like sleeping on a block. Despite the proximity to the hospital and our ongoing need to come to Adelaide for hospital visits, we won’t be back. It is a value for money place but overall not worth the hassle that comes with it. We should have learned our lesson last time ☺️

My partner and I recently stayed at Greenways for a long weekend. Although the facade had us wondering whether we had made the right decision, inside the studip apartment was great. It had been completely renovated with a new bathroom and kitchen. It was a very easy checkin process with a code assigned to the front door to use during our stay and meant no lost keys! Its in a great spot with parking available too. It is a fair walk into town if you don't have a car like us, but the Lime scooters helped a lot! Just a word of warning, you cant lock them outside the apartments as its out of the ride zone so you have to leave them at the Adelaide Oval. Don't get caught out like us! An amazing stay for the price, I'd definitely stay here again.

totally in need of renovation and soundproofing from king william st traffic, no security within building, no one onsite to check you in, or to stop you having an all night party, instead you’re texted a code to open your apartment door, rooms weren’t cleaned properly, years worth of dead bugs in light fittings and generally grubby throughout. The whole apartment smelt musty, definitely wouldn’t stay there again.
