Very nice hotel, comfortable and modern. We spent 6 nights and while the room was small it is comfortable with everything you need. We were celebrating our anniversary and received a bottle of wine and chocolates from the hotel which was very much appreciated. The staff on reception were all very friendly as were the staff at the level one bar with the exception of the one guy with attitude that serving paying guests was a bit too much effort. The room was modern, comfortable bed, small fridge and desk. The hotel is in perfect location for visiting Adelaide, a couple of minutes from the mall, buses and tram if you have no car. Breakfast was typical hotel buffet although the hot food could have been kept warm at a bit higher temperature.
Staff were friendly and helpful. We were greeted by the manager on arrival and he was there again when we checked out. Love the 24 hour reception too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for our 1 night stay
One of the great hotel in Adelaide CBD. Very convenient to all amenities… Received very warm welcome by one of the staff members, his name is Sahil, I think.. Room was very great and pls say thanks to Room attendant, who has made a bed, excellent..clealiness was A+ grade.. Specially like Gym and vending machine concept.. Rooms are comfortable and cozy.. Go for it, if you visit Adelaide for business or leisure purpose.. Breakfast was so nice, lots of varieties, price is bit costly, but should go for it.. Love overall experience👍👍
My experience of Ibis over the years has not been great but I was surprised and delighted by Adelaide Ibis. It is well-situated from Rundle Mall and surrounds. The reception staff were attentive, friendly, well-prepared for their guests and knew their roles. The room was compact but had a great view to the Adelaide Hills. The bed (mattress, linen and pillows) were “juuust right”. The bathroom had the basics in good order; and everything was clean and tidy. The bar was well-stocked with beer on tap. The dining area was rudimentary but it seems everything is pared back in this COVID age. Breakfast was slightly above par and best of all the coffee machine was easy to operate and the coffee was more than acceptable. I’m happy to recommend Ibis Adelaide.
We spent two nights at this hotel. Check-in was efficient and the hotel was only too happy to look after our bags whilst we dropped off our hire car. Like most Ibis Hotels the position of the hotel was perfect- an easy walk to most of the inner city sights. The room was very clean, relatively new and quiet. We also loved the view it offered of the Adelaide Hills. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Lovely hotel. We received a complimentary room upgrade & bottle of wine for our anniversary. It has always been a very comfortable stay here. The rooms are clean, bed and views lovely. Would recommend
I have stayed here many times for Womad and always very enjoyable Staff are wonderful and I would like to thank Raja as I had a minor issue with the beds as when I walked into the rm I noticed that i had 2 single beds went down & spoke with her then after I thought i was making a minor issue went out came back and the problem was fixed & the beds are so COMFY I was asleep in seconds , Rooms are clean and tidy very enjoyable stay
Fabulous, new rooms with fastest internet ever seen. Comfortable bed. Centre of town. Good breakfast selection - Friendly staff! (Jennifer) Definitely recommend! (Only downside for some, might be that rooms are small and offers no swimming pool)
Excellent service. I have a large high car that cannot fit in under cover parking in the city. When asking for parking, customer service allowed for my car to park in the workers secured car park overnight. Very thankful. Rooms nice and clean and bed very comfortable.
My wife and I spent two night, 22 & 23th Feb 2022, at the hotel before spending the rest of our SA trip in Barossa Valley. I was recognized as a Gold Accor member straight away during the check -in and greeted with a very warm welcome and offered for a late check out. Our corner room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is just next to the Rundle Mall and a short 15 minutes walk to China Town. There was no on site parking but the hotel offered cheap parking at the car park just across the road or at the Rundle Mall. Our rate included the breakfast which had a good selection of food and quality. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful. There is also a self service laundry in the hotel. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and will definitely stay there again for our next Adelaide trip.…
