We stayed for 2 nights, having stayed here previously before the hotel changed to The Sage. Check in was seamless and staff were friendly. I did request a quiet room, if possible, and we were given a room on one of the upper floors to remove as much road noise as possible (with thanks). We booked a King Executive Room....

Stayed here for a business trip for a week. Stay was great, no issues, usual business hotel. Away from the busy CBD but not too far off...Check in and check out was smooth, room was very clean, and the food downstairs is fine if you're too lazy to stroll out...

Sage is very close (about 400m) to the tram line in Adelaide making it really easy to visit the city and other sites. The tram is free for most travel in the city - an extra bonus. I found the price booked to be very reasonable, particularly for the quality of the accommodation. My room (403) had a comfortable queen...

We stayed 4 nights and found the room very comfortable with a great bed. Only about a 20 minute walk to Rundle Mall or a five minute walk to the free tram into the city. The staff were friendly, helpful and the buffet breakfast was good.

A silly name and ridiculous uniforms, stingy complimentary tea and coffee, no car parking because the hotel carpark now doubles as a public carpark focused on revenue raising. I've stayed there a number of times when it was the Grand Chiefly. I won't be staying there again now it's Sage.

My husband and I stayed at The Sage Hotel using a Travel Auction voucher that we had purchased. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at the reception desk on check in and he presented us with some drink vouchers and a 2 for 1 deal to be used in the Zouk restaurant in the hotel. There was also...

Dear Peter Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry your dining order was mixed up and have spoken with both housekeeping and restaurant staff regarding attentiveness and maintaining standards. I have also asked houskeeping to look into their servicing of the room as generally requests should be acted upon as soon as practicable, however this does depend on the day's...

Stayed here for one night, front desk check in team were very helpful. The hotel Is fairly old but have had a facelift. The rooms are comfortable and quite large. Rooms have a good sleep quality. I was fairly high up so had a nice view of park and city. I liked the touch of having USB plugs at the...

Overall I believe the service was not 4* quality. The function we held in the function room was poorly serviced when all that was needed was water on tables and tea and coffee served efficiently. Our room was not cleaned properly on one occasion. I was not impressed at all.
