We stayed here for 4 nights but would not have wanted to stay any longer. The beds are comfy but the rooms are quite small. Also if you're on the top bunk there is no power point near you. Wi-Fi ok, not too slow. Nice downstairs toilets and showers. The upstairs ones aren't so great and could do with a...

I stayed there for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen could have been cleaner. Free Wi-Fi is provided and even working in the bedrooms. It is about 10 minutes to the city center on foot.

I really love this place! I have been traveling for quite some time and coming to Adelaide Backpackers Inn always gives me a feeling of being home. The building has a student house feel to it. It creates an family like atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped ( They have actual scales for baking and an oven!!! ) and cleaned...

I found this hostel to be clean, although the curtain in my room was very broken. The location is very good and close to the main street and supermarkets. It is a very simple accomodation but i had everything i could ask for. Wifi was free as well. This place was a bit noisy at night.

The bedrooms were fine, but I needed to sit in the corridor to charge my phone. Lockers are provided, but the locks are flimsy. I was told free parking was available....there are a couple of spots nearby with a two hour limit. I had to park a bus ride distance away. Bathrooms are the worst. Filthy. Peeling paint, mould on...

I stayed at Backpackers Inn for one nite and have no complaints whatsoever. Great staff very helpful, good kitchen, good showers and clean rooms. I do recommend it. The location is also great, parking outside with no problems, people often go to a backpacker and expect a 5 stars hotel set up, Backpackers are for the real travellers. Cheers

This is the best hostel I've been to so far in Australia! The place has a very homey feel. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The wifi is pretty good. It's quiet but close to bars if you want to go out. When I came back back to Adelaide I came straight back here. I would definitely recommend this...

A great, clean and comfy hostel in central Adelaide. Stayed here for a couple of nights and was very impressed. Perfect location in a slightly quieter part of the city, but mere minutes from everything you need. The free bike rental was great! Can't imagine a better place to stay in Adelaide!

This place is walking distance to the Central Market and Rundle Mall. Tons of other small shops near by. Vic Square and public transport are close as well, it's easy to get to Glenelg and the ferry to Kangaroo island. There's basically a pub next to every church, which is a lot. Beers are five dollars at the Saracens Head...

Thank you for your review Becca and I'm sorry you found the kitchen to be so untidy. Our staff do thoroughly clean the kitchen every morning. Unfortunately, with an open 24 hours policy, we do have some guests who do not respond to our requests to clean up after themselves, despite being asked to do so in 5 different languages!!!...

I've been staying at this hostel for over 3 months and I'm very sad to be leaving, I've had a great time meet incredible people and love the staff here. It's very sociable and respectful and great balance when your working. So much to do here even during the winter, the staff are always happy to help book things for...

Thanks for your review Lisa. We enjoyed having you as our guest. Thanks for the English chocolate taste testing. Galaxy was pretty good although Adelaide's Haigh's is still the best chocolate in the world in my view!!! Travel safely and we'll see you when you come back to Adelaide.
