Detailed Reviews
I’m so obsessed with this place,
it honestly has got to be my favourite motel that I’ve ever stayed at. From the beginning the underground car park is a little confusing to find as it’s off a little side street with two little garage doors (not the hotels fault) it’s just the way the streets are. But when you walk out of those lifts into the lobby you’ll be blown away by just how modern and brand new it all is. We got a upgrade upon check in which was so nice and when we walked through the door my first words were “oh my gosh, this is beautiful” literally everything is so brand new, carpets are still so fluffy to walk on, everything was so clean, not even a speck of dust anywhere. Bed was comfortable, tv in living area and also in the bedroom was nice, I didn’t use them as I only stayed for 1 night but the dishwasher and washing machine would come in handy to so many families staying for a bit longer.
And to top it off I didn’t hear a single thing from anyone else staying in the motel during the night.
100% will stay again and I reckon this has to be THE best accommodation in the whole of Adelaide

I really enjoyed my stay at this accommodation over the last three months. The staff were very friendly, including the cleaning staff. The property was always spotless, as well as the room after being cleaned, so thank you for doing a great job of looking after your guests. Also great location, minutes away from great restaurants and pubs and only a 20-minute walk from the CBD (less to the Adelaide Oval) and the Entertainment Centre.

Good placed accommodation in the city centre. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and public transport.
The room is comfortable and clean, the kitchenette has basic amenities for simple cooking.
Parking is paid, $15 per day. No lifts for upper floors.

The reception staff had a couldn't care less attitude.
The cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired, there was clothing in the wardrobe left behind from a previous occupant, the kitchenette floor was filthy and it looked as if the bed cover hadn't been cleaned either. The carpet and sofa's could do with a wash as well. The level of equipment was average, not what you would expect from "luxury" apartments.
The apartment was in a great location in North Adelaide lots of cafe's bars and restaurants in the area. It is a pleasent 20 minute walk to the city.

Just stayed at this 'hotel' in Adelaide. It was a good place...
centrally located, reasonably clean, spacious for two people. We did end up with the handicap apartment, but that was fine. Washer/dryer were included, along with laundry soap. Kitchen was basic, but functional. Parking was secure. Good restaurants within walking distance. Charge for internet connection.

We love staying here when we come to Adelaide from the country. The studio apartments are clean, the bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchenette is well equipped. A feature for us is the free and secure parking at the rear as well as being a short walk to North Adelaide restaurants, supermarket etc. From our experience these apartments are very popular so it is a good idea to plan ahead to secure your booking.

I stayed here for 3 nights in late February while I was in Adelaide for work. My studio apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location is great and close to restaurants, cafes and pubs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the city and close to the Adelaide Oval and surrounding parklands. I ate out one night and then bought takeaway for the next couple of nights. There is a supermarket close by and a great 24 hour bakery around the corner which is where I went to for breaky. It has free wi fi which is fantastic if you are working. My only criticism would be I felt the bathroom was a little tired but it was very clean and had everything I needed. If you book ask for an upper floor. I was on the ground floor and although the windows were tinted it was a little disconcerting when people stopped outside to chat. It does not have a reception. You ring the phone outside the front door and you are given instructions on how to get your keys which are in a locked box.

We stayed for 4 nights at Tynte Street. The apartment block was specifically built to rent out, and the interior was well designed and modern. Although there is not a reception desk at Tynte Street, checking in and out was easy and trouble free.

This will be short and sour ! The apartment is actually quite nice and in a great location. If you stay here in hot weather AVOID room 101. The airconditioner DOES NOT WORK. Resetting it doesn't fix it. After a Adelaide temp of 44 degrees the room was like a furnace. After no sleep in shocking heated room I am not very forgiving of this. The apartments were full so couldn't move us. I'm suspicious that because we were only staying one night we weren't a very high priority. When we tried to open the windows to let some air in the pedestrian noise and traffic noise just added to the horrible situation !
