Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I found the man in reception rude. (Seems like he is really stressed out). People like him should not be in hospitality. Caravan Park was small & had gravel sites. Only positive for me was it was close to the city. I wouldn’t stay here again, heaps better parks up the road

Excellent caravan park close to the heart of Adelaide. You can pretty much walk wherever you want and public transport is close by too. We visited many restaurants in the area plus the zoo and other landmarks. Very comfortable cabin and facilities at the park. Highly recommend.

Spent two weeks there in a two bedroom cabin over Christmas. Very expensive over that period. Only good thing was the close proximity to Adelaide CBD. This has to be the smallest caravan park I have ever stayed in. Caravan sites were very small and close together. And don't expect a nice grassy spot. All sites are gravel. Only one amenities block. Cabins are old but comfortable. Have had bigger two bedroom cabins elsewhere. Our cabin had a smell in the bathroom and the cleaning staff commented that all those in our area had a smell. Mobile reception and internet very disappointing being so close to the city and the wi-fi was abismal. Cleaning and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Management not so.

Just booked and paid for a caravan sites online, only to be called back and told that our caravan (overall length 8m) wouldn't fit on any of their available sites. Said they would refund our money (how thoughtful) however they also said it would take 2-3 days to go back into our account. How come so yuick to take but so slow to return?? We're now out of pocket over $300 for several days because their booking system is rubbish - Not happy😡

Best part is the parks location to Adelaide CBD. It’s within walking distance and super close to the Zoo too. Stayed in a basic studio cabin and it was ok. Pleasant enough, but they don’t get cleaned at all so can get a bit damp and smelly during winter. Great staff, friendly and was overall a good stay. Single night price is high for what you get and a hotel or motel would be much cheaper. 3 for 4 works out well priced.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our road trip around SA as rain was forecast so we didn't want to set up our camper. I was pleasantly surprised at the cheap price for our cabin and there was enough space to park our ute and camper trailer next to the cabin. Basic toiletries are supplied and while our cabin was not in pristine condition it was modern and clean enough, especially for the price we paid

Have been twice before but different people handling who were very friendly and helpful New people running, Not cheap, Cabins are really nice, location perfect. Close to bus and walking and bike riding easy. Staff not friendly , took three days to have someone look at bed, outside light ( still not working not fixed) the best one was the toilet paper told complimentary so don't ask for more ! Would understand in camping sites but in a cabin!! Also asked about rates for AFL Garher weekend in April and quoted obsenly high price per night.

My husband and I stayed for three nights in a value cabin which is the cheapest on offer so I wasn't expecting anything flash. The park is in the process of updating a lot of their cabins so I would check first on exactly what you will be getting for your money. I was a bit disappointed because although there was just the two of us, our cabin was designed to sleep six and therefore the space that we would have liked was not there. We had to sit in a chair or sit on the bed to watch television which was quite uncomfortable, especially for my husband. On a positive note, the cabin was very clean, the bathroom was ok and we had everything supplied that we could have wanted in the kitchen. I don't know that I would stay here again.

This site is in a great location, a short walk through parkland to Adelaide town centre or a shorter walk to the free Adelaide bus. We had a spa cabin. All of these seem to be near the entrance gate so there is a little noise from people coming and going but not too much of a problem. The room did have somewhat of an 80’s vibe with black furniture in the living room and black and gold tiles in the bathroom but the cabin was well equipped and comfortable and we enjoyed our week here.

Our room smelt like sewerage and was masked with an overpowering perfume. Manager would not listen to our concern. Two days later we noticed a new charge of $172 from the Aspen group, they couldn't explain it.
