Exceptional hotel in the centre of Adelaide. Absolutely beautiful building with lovely large comfortable rooms. All hotel staff that we came across were helpful and attentive. Lovely courtyard in the centre of the building, perfect for an afternoon drink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

This is a very smart apartment hotel, with good quality fittings throughout, giving the impression of a 5 star hotel. The one bed apartment we stayed in had a fully fitted kitchen, large lounge/dining area and a separate bedroom, plus large bathroom and top quality furnishings.
It even had two televisions.
On the minus side, a few areas of maintenance were lacking. There was some water damage around the sink, one of the bathroom taps was damaged, one TV remote was not working and the washing machine moves around and bangs against the wall on the spin cycle.
We found the reception staff tried to be helpful, but some lacked full knowledge of the hotel and parking arrangements.
On the subject of parking, they have an agreement with a car park close by, for which they charge $20 a night, which is reasonable, given the city centre location. Most of the car park is reserved for other companies and you only have access to the public floors. On one occasion, the car park was full and we had to park on the street until space was available.
The (separately managed) restaurant has an accomplished kitchen, which produces first class food. The full menu is also available as room service. The latter service does mean the kitchen is under extra pressure and there can be a long delay before you receive your food in the restaurant.
The hotel has a very pleasant enclosed courtyard, where you can eat and drink. If, however, they have a private function, then access is denied. On one evening they had loud music for a function, which continued late into the night and due to the enclosed nature, the booming sounds reverberated through the hotel. No early night on that occasion!
If staying in Adelaide, we can thoroughly recommend this excellent apartment hotel, with all the benefits of both an apartment and a full service hotel. It is located in the city centre, across the road from Victoria Square. Although our apartment faced the road, the secondary glazing meant we heard no traffic noise.

The Adina Treasury apartments have a lot of space - I’d say twice as much as other apartment hotels I’ve stayed in. Beds are comfortable and everything is nice and tidy. It is about a 20 min walk or 5 min scooter ride to the other side of town where all the restaurants are but the location suited me well as I had to work right around the corner.

We stayed at the Adina Treasury Hotel last week. During our stay, on the last night there was a function held on the open bar and restaurant area in the middle of the hotel court yard. During this function, the music and noise level reached 89 decibels in our room. After complaint to front desk we were told that they had requested the people organising the function turn the music down. They said they would request this again. For about 5 minutes the music was turned down, then back up again. At this point I personally went to reception and told them that unless the music was turned down immediately, I would be poring a bottle of water over the sound board and shutting it down myself. We had an early flight to catch the following morning and needed to get to sleep. I was informed that the function was finishing at 11.00pm and they would again instruct them to turn the music down again. Adelaide City Council require all loud events in private or licences premises to be turned down by 10:00am of a weeknight. This directly put the restaurant, Treasury 1860 in direct violation of council regulations and their licence. The following morning when checking out I was told by reception that there were numerous complaints about the noise. Apparently the restaurant operates independently from the hotel. The restaurant completely disregarded the comfort and peace of the hotel guests. As a result of this we will never be using this restaurant again when staying in Adelaide and will be checking with the hotel for any booked functions before staying there again, if we do. We are absolutely disgusted with there entitled attitude and disregard for the hotel guests

Dear Fjdhshehsh, We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, once again the hotel apologises for the inconvenience caused to you. The hotel takes your complaint seriously and have since liaised with the external restaurant to put in place further measures to ensure considerations are made for hotel guests with any future functions. Kind Regards, Katie

This was our first trip interstate with a toddler. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with our young son. They set up the cot with a blanket and extra towels in the living room prior to our arrival which was great. We did end up moving the cot to the bedroom as there was a lot of light coming in through the kitchen window because there is no block out curtain or blind there. The staff also set up a birthday banner and a little gift for our son's birthday which was not expected but appreciated.
The room is well maintained and clean. There is a shower over bath with good water pressure. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided but we brought our own so I can't comment on the quality. No toothbrush, toothpaste or vanity kit (cotton pads, cotton buds, emery board), so remember to bring your own. There is a washing machine and dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster and a kettle.
Location is central, five minutes walk to Adelaide Central market and less than ten minutes walk to Rundle Mall. As we were traveling with a pram, we took a taxi to the zoo which cost around $15, however it is easy to catch a bus or tram anywhere.
It would have been nice to have slippers and bath robes as that would really give it that luxury feel.
The staff made our stay memorable as they were all friendly and willing to help.

With thick walls, super comfy beds, and a very quick walk to the Central Market, Rundle Mall, trams, trains and buses, this hotel was perfect for an extended weekend getaway. We had a large apartment with everything we needed. There is plenty of space for clothes, the fridge/freezer is large, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you'll potentially need, and the large rooms are well-furnished and decorated. Everything worked well. The washing machine, drier and ironing board are tucked away in a cupboard so not at all in the way. Water pressure in the shower was lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking is available a short walk away for $20/night.
I could not fault this lovely accommodation. We are already planning our return trip.

The building is historically important and the hotel respects and celebrates this. Our room was spacious, modern and equipped with everything we needed for a four night stay. In the middle of a pandemic it was reassuring to find spotless TV remotes sealed inside plastic bags. Every staff member we encountered made us feel welcome. The location was very convenient and our room overlooked a park through double glazed windows.

After initial problems, staff went out of the way to remedy and resolve issues. Adina is a fantastic accommodation venue in idyllic surroundings. Be wary of paying for breakfast vouchers for use at Treasury 1860 as this is poor value, better to pay direct or book to room.

We had a truly beautiful stay at the Adina for our wedding yesterday.
We booked the heritage apartment and a studio apartment and both were spotless, elegant and very well appointed. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a large bathroom and separate bedroom make it a home stay from home.
The Adina could not be in a better location and the rooms are very peaceful. the staff were so sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay special. There were many thoughtful touches which really enhanced our experience.
We would highly recommend the Adina for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the heart of Adelaide.
The heritage one bed is well worth the little bit extra, it’s beautiful

Overall a nice hotel in a good location. Food and wine is also good for a hotel. Friendly staff and spacious room. Access to the shower which is in a bath is limited, so if you have mobility issues i would suggest you ask for a more suitable room. I do not have mobility issues and it was awkward. Pool and spa were nice too.

Hi Nathan
We have access to the Secure Parking located on Gawler Place (5 minutes walk). The nightly charge is $18 and the car will need to be registered with our Reception team first.
A large percentage of our rooms are shower over bath. We do have accessible rooms which have a walk in shower but these are subject to availability.
The best is to contact the hotel directly and request a walk-in shower, they will endeavor to fulfill all requests.
Kind regards
Arthur Rojas

The hotel does not have its own pick up service however the airport taxi rank is located very close to the baggage collection area. Approximate travel time is between 15-20 minutes (approx $25-30).
