The room was modern, crisp and functional.
Free breakfast is included in the price and although limited in variety it was plentiful and more than adequate.
The location is unbeatable if you are a tourist visiting the City of Adelaide.

We expected more at $220 per night, but we're left disappointed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but that's were the accolades stop. Only half of the TV channels worked and the TV picture would disappear every 15 minutes. I rang for service, but no one answered. Breakfast was poor. The selection was minimal. Eggs were like Styrofoam. The breakfast server was handing out warm bread as 'toast'. Two people returned their clean cutlery because it was dirty, and as I sat down realised mine was dirty too.
We really should have stayed out of the city and spent our money at a small holiday park or something similar.

Booked and paid hotel room 10 months prior to arriving into Adelaine, to be told that our room that was booked was two single beds only. what a joke, as reception staff was not accomodating to help us with the issue, as they just blamed the third party booking website and washed their hands of the situation. Ended up staying at another hotel cheaper who offered a double / queen bed.

This hotel is in the heart of the city with loads of transport options very close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was quite a few options available for the free breakfast with a bit of variation on the 2nd morning.
