Spent 15 days in quarantine at Pullman Adelaide and it was awesome! I have been in quarantine in most major cities in Australia in the past year and I must say that Pullman Adelaide stands out by far! The staff really made an effort to make the two week stay better, it’s not easy being locked up in a room for so long.

My wife and I are currently are in Day 7 of our 15 Day Quarantine at the Pullman. We have nothing but gratitude and praise for every facet of the stay here. Quarantine rules are very strict, but having come from where we have, for this we are very happy. We get daily checkups from SA Health, Mental Health and SA Police. The food has been excellent. The staff go to some lengths to make our stay as pleasant as it can be. Room service is mostly prompt and cheerful and small things like the cheery positive handwritten messages are nice. They are always happy to send up anything we need. Purchases and deliveries from outside providers are facilitated with no problems. Costs for in house purchases are also quite reasonable and they are definitely not taking advantage of our restricted state. Thankyou Pullman Hotel, after being through some stress to get back to Australia, we are very glad we were assigned to your hotel where we are relaxing and feeling safe and looked after.

We've just finished our quarantine on the 6th Feb. Back home in Queensland now and just a quick note to all the staff and quarantine workers at the Pullman to say thanks. From the airport to the end the staff, medical guys, the coppers, the mental health guys and the catering guys were absolutely amazing. Not being allowed out for 15 days is absolutely brutal but has to be done. The room was fine, the bathroom was fine and we had a balcony which was tremendous for us. The ability to get fresh air and even rained on was priceless. The set up at the hotel was excellent, safe, Well run and thoroughly professional. Any requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Any problems with stuff coming in were sorted out. The snap was good mostly, ok every now and then but never bad, no repeats till the final breakfast and the timings were fine. Getting snap sent in from Romeos was great and very easy and Dan Murphy's delivery is good with great prices. Staff at Romeos always helpful and friendly. It's really difficult to get through the 15 days but the hotel makes it easier. Watch out for days 8 and 9. Seemed to get me on those days. Fine from day 10 onwards. It's not the best time of my life, it's quarantine, but the hotel and all concerned make it ok. Superb showing by all. Thank you very much.

What a fabulous team of humans! I wont lie - I was dreading hotel quarantine, but Chelsea, Sharryn and Llewellyn couldn’t have done a better job of being more welcoming. The food surprised and delighted - it’s not often the best Thai Green Curry you’ve ever eaten is in a forced quarantine situation. The team set up a Facebook group to include all of the arrivals and reduce the solitude. There were daily games, prizes, and personal notes on our meals. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were kept well informed. Talking to my colleagues who have done multiple stints in quarantine, the Pullman Adelaide is definitely on top of its game. A hotel is only as good as it’s people, and that’s why this is absolutely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ choice for anyone coming to Adelaide.

From being greeted by the General Manager on arrival, to the little touches - afternoon teas, specialty biscuits, bottle of wine the night before departure - and truly excellent food, this hotel really stands out for its service and professionalism. As an ex 5 star hotel exec, I'm probably more critical than most but I recognised all the hallmarks of a manager who really cares...staff who do everything they can to help... making a difficult quarantine experience so much more comfortable as a result. Thanks again, you really made a difference.
