Spacious clean twin room, walk in shower, good cooling in room, comfy bed, large communal kitchen with clean and tidy facilities, good guest laundry, pretty lounge areas, free wifi, helpful and friendly staff. I will stay here again.

We stayed at Adabco Boutique Hotel for the location as we were advised that Hutt Street had a foodie type vibe. Unfortunately a number of restaurants along Hutt Street have now closed so I would not call it a foodie vibe. The hotel itself was pleasant, the bed was far to hard for us, which made for a sleepless couple...

Very happy with our stay. Good rooms, very comfortable. Free wifi. No mini bar (good) and No restaurant in the hotel but plenty within easy walking distance. Probably one of the best value hotels we have stayed at. Highly recommended.

The Adabco Boutique Hotel is now our go to place to stay in Adelaide. Close to everything and well priced. We have stayed here many times now. The beds are comfy and they have great showers. Nice and quiet.

Beautiful hotel located just outside the CBD but is still within 10 mins walk of everything, trams, rundle mall, Adelaide oval, botanic gardens, central markets, river torrens. Can't say anything bad about this place, we stayed in a king room which had plenty of space and storage areas for clothes/luggage. Room was presented immaculately and was cleaned everyday. Would definately...

I found this hotel by accident and it suited our requirements perfectly. We needed a central location and chose an executive room to enable some self catering. Adequately equipped and comfortable It was excellent.

This is my hotel of choice in Adelaide. Clean. Large rooms. Comfortable bed. Great desk space for work. Close to eateries and pubs. Adabco is incredibly great value for money. The only downside is the lack of parking. However, if using taxis or Uber in Adelaide, this hotel is perfect. Great hotel in an underrated and fantastic City.

A nice quiet little hotel within walking distance of a few restaurants and coffee shops along Wakefield Street a short walk from the centrum. The rooms are clean and include a small fridge. The staff is attentive and friendly. The temperature control is centralized and might not satisfy those who want a cold room. You'll have to work that out...

This hotel is well presented and while not smack bang in the centre of the city, it's still in a good location. It doesn't have onsite car parking but I had no problem finding a space in the street either out front or nearby. Room is very comfortable, fresh and modern. Very clean and well maintained. The staff friendly. Bed...

Beautiful building..friendly staff and clean rooms. They do also have shared kitchens on each floor so for those on a budget..you can make your own breakfast/lunch or even dinner! However, Adelaide has so many fantastic eateries within walking distance and the tram is free within the city area. I will definately stay again.
