Hayman Island Resort is spectacular.. Great facilities, beautiful food, stunning views, and helpful staff. I stay in IHG properties frequently and I have a high level in the rewards program for IHG - so I my room was upgraded to a King Suite. It was unbelievably nice and appreciated by me. The resort is beautiful. The people are so lovely. Not one of them would walk by without saying hello....all just super helpful! Especially the activites department! (Messa in particular I think his name was) The whole transition from Hamilton Island over to Hayman Island and back was really well organised and things flowed so smoothly. We didn't have to do a thing, they took care of it all. Highly recommend!!

Arrival at the airport was seamless. We were directed to the lounge to wait and upon boarding, providing with drinks and snacks. The boat ride was great, checkin done before arrival. Our room was amazing - pool access, spacious, comfortable, clean, cosy, great view. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable, bath was massive (too big for a short person) deck was fantastic, shower was great, amenities were great. Pool was great for swimming, as was the beach, though I was grateful someone pointed out the stingray around me while I was sat in the water! The pool bar served amazing food, the breakfast was fantastic, the birds were annoying, the guests feeding the birds were even more annoying, the seafood buffet was sensational with the chefs going out of their way to…

We’ve had the most amazing stay at Hayman Island resort. From the five star service to all the experiences on offer it’s been one of our favourite holidays! A huge thank you to the most beautiful and happy staff that work here. Julia for always checking in on us throughout our stay and making sure we have everything we need. Hamish, Luke & Brett from the water sports team for our trip to Langford island. Sommelier Xian for our wine tour and tasting. Ocean Dynamics for the lovely sunset cruise. And, Leo for our guided hike and snorkel at Blue Pearl Bay! Highly recommend anyone looking for a summer escape to stay at this resort for the amazing amenities and beautiful team 😊

I recently took a corporate group for a weekend business trip to Hayman Island and the service I received from our event Manager Emma Cross was flawless. She could not have been more attentive to our needs, and had ensured all details were meticulously finalised ahead of our arrival. The group had a magical weekend, in the fabulous resort, the conditions were amazing, and service awesome!

Amazing hotel in an incredible location. Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. There is plenty going on with day trips including fishing Whitehaven beach (must do) etc. restaurants are good with an amazing breakfast Buffett in the pacific restaurant. Would recommend 3/4 nights which is ideal and great for families with good pools plenty of Sun loungers.

Fabulous holiday at a luxurious resort. The staff were all bright and cheerful and so helpful, particularly the activities crew who made our stay fun and exciting. We were taught to sail and paddle board and thoroughly enjoyed hiking over the island and snorkelling amongst the corral. Such a beautiful place. Wow! Just Wow! Was travelling with my wife in a small group. Right from the first step on the island, you could tell that this was going to be an amazing experience. Our guest liaison Jordyn gave us a personal guided tour and not once forgot our names for the 5 days we stayed! Every experience exceeded our expectation with the biggest stand out being the staff. Everyone was super friendly, courteous and helpful. Special mentions to: Andy at the Adventure desk, Leo at beach sports, Mikey at front desk, Ashleigh on the Ferry, Mackenzie and the whole boat crew to Whitehaven, and Penny from Housekeeping - all of whom made the difference between our trip being amazing to being a lifetime highlight! We spent two nights at Hayman Island for our honeymoon, we can’t recommend this place enough, 10 out of 10. Most of the staff was outstanding and beyond friendly. Specially the beachfront sports crew, Messa and Albert both spot on. Monday we did a quick sailing session with Albert and the snorkel tour on Tuesday. We snorkeled with turtles during the tour, Albert got us multiple pictures and videos during 1 full hour. Memorable lifetime experience. We’ll be def retuning to Hayman Island in the future if we ever have the chance to visit this beautiful part of Australia again in the future.

Just returned from our 2nd visit to this stunning destination. Hayman is a hidden jewel with the most beautiful staff who helped to make our stay very special. A HUGE thank you to Pere who looked after us so well at Aqua Pool & Amici’s. Your hotel is very lucky to have such a dedicated & hard working staff member. Pere’s service was simply superb! Shoutouts too to Mikey at the front desk for looking after us, Chef Tony for catering to my daughter’s food allergies, Chef Nixx for his beautiful breakfasts, Riyo at Pacific bar for making us yummy cocktails and Brendon, our jet ski guide, for taking us on an exhilarating tour around the resort.
