The best thing about this place was how central it was to everything. We were able to get to all the attractions in 3 days from here. Staff were excellent and helpful with suggestions re where to go and what to do. Rooms BIG and clean. Food fantastic.

Great resort to be based from and do day trips on the Island. It's important to plan your day trips with the tide times if planning to drive along the beach. Otherwise the inland tracks are always available but will add significant travel time (and much bumpier). We had a room with kitchen facilities which worked out well for us. The room was on the top floor, so there was a lot of flight of stairs to get everything up & down as we stayed for 3 nights and had a bit with us.

Have been coming to the Island for decades but this is the first time at this resort. Wonderful trip and stay at this resort while on the Island. We definitely be back next year for the annual Fraser Island cleanup.

The resort is a great place for a few days to relax. It has good clean facilities and rooms. The staff are always ready to help and have good knowledge of the island and possible activities. The restaurant was great and the staff very good. I would recommend the resort to anyone needing a break.
