It's a hard review for me to do, they do so much well. First off they are pet friendly and have a closed off balcony on the cabins which is excellent for your dog, but the confusing part is you can not take your pets to the pool area or BBQ area or camp kitchen and you are not allowed to leave your pet in the cabin or on the deck so how do you go to the pool or camp kitchen et ..the only place to take them for a toilet break was a thin bit of nature strip on a very busy highway ! The staff are lovely..very helpful and attended to a couple of issues in our cabin very quickly. The cabins are very small and have no sofas to sit on..I guess they may if only 2 of you were staying ours had a third bed in as there were 3 of us..the cabin only had one old ac which was in the bedroom so it was hard to get it cool..I would not recommend 4 people staying it was a real squash to do anything with just 3 of us we were also right near a main road which stopped any conversation on the deck when trucks passed through...having said all that the park is well kept..people lovely, pool is very basic with a few chairs dotted around..another strange rule was you could not use the toilet block if you had onsuit because of covid I didn't understand that rule at all ..apart from tha

I travel a lot for work and I stay in a huge variety of accommodations from modern hotels to sleepy old caravan parks.
I must say, the Coral Coast Tourist Park is one of the most comfortable and relaxing places I’ve stayed. It may sound weird to hear that a caravan park cabin is one of the best however not very often can you have a fully functional caravan park cabin with an exceptional bed, clean and modern fittings with great privacy.
The staff are attentive, friendly and down to earth.
The amenities and laundry block are well maintained and spacious.
The caravan park is located 5-8 minutes out of the city centre however it is perfect to be close to everything without being surrounded by everything (if you know what I mean).
I am here for a week for work and I am very happy with my little cabin life.
A huge thanks for the staff and owners.

Although set in the middle of an industrial area, once settled in you are unaware of the industry all around you. The happy, smiling receptionists made our first impressions great. They were very helpful and informative. The park is well laid out with most sites set at a 45 degree angle making it easy to back into your spot. Lots of trees and shade. Amenities very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

I have commented on many places over the years and speak from tourism background. This Tourist Park has what you need. Spacious villas with seperate bedroom, enclosure outside should you want a private G & T, whilst watching the dog snooze or chew a bone.
Good parking area, all kitchen amenities including an oven. They even had the AC on for our arrival. And the office staff smile and meant it. Go try it, we will, again.

Central location - although in industrial/retail area, short drive to CBD, the Strand, Castle Hill etc. Very friendly service with lovely, clean amenities. Great sites with shade and concrete slabs. Would highly recommend. Also, go to Otto's Market, about a 5 minute drive for a great foodie experience!!! We stayed 3 nights, at $39 per night for a powered van site.

We enjoyed our stay at Coral Coast Tourist Park. It was lovely and clean, the staff friendly and the way the sites are, are really great. After reversing the caravan in there is enough room for the car to stay hooked up to the van if one wanted to or just left at the front of the van. Lovely long sites. It was wonderful to see the RAAF planes flying over. The super hornets were great. I will not hesitate to go back there next time I am in Townsville.

Bit of a shock trying to go for a shower at 8:45 both amenities locked and we weren’t issued a key. Residential park people were very helpful. But I’m concerned about going to the amenities block later. Proximity to city good and quietness park residents very good.

We stayed here for one night in a pet friendly cabin.
There was a gate on the porch was very great for the dog! Was very clean and tidy and had everything you needed for the stay. Bed was comfy! Would recommend staying here! We will be again.

Stayed for 4 nights while in Townsville.. Quick and friendly check in! Right opposite the amenities which was ideal! Amenities were clean and the grounds were well maintained.. My only issue was the WiFi.. We were given a code to use but it would run out after 10-15 minutes and we’d have to re enter it again.. After a few log ins it had completely ran out so had to use data! Apart from this is was a great stay! Thank you..
