Good location. 18 mins walk to Broadbeach and 20 mins to Surfers. Good sized apartment with spa bath, full kitchen and laundry. king sized bed. Balcony with sea view ok. Good swimming pool and big spa pool outside. Lots of parking underneath with good sized spaces. Styling was dated, 70’s but clean. We arrived after hours but no issues, safe by side of intercom that had our keys and entry tags in for car park. Gets cleaned each week. Good for the money!

The hotel was great. The staff we seen and talk to at counter was nice. The pool was lovely so was the spa. Great location to. Easily skate or walk into surfers. The bed was comfy. The spa on the room was nice to. It was our anniversary weekend so it was a great get away for us. Will def be back here.

We stayed here last week and the apartment had everything we needed for a week long break. It is centrally located and our room had some view of the ocean. The unit was clean and well equipped. We had unit 44 a one bedroom apartment , one thing I would like to suggest to the owners is fitting a hand held shower at her the bath, I am disabled on it was impossible for me to get into tub so I had to improvise, a hand held shower would have been a great help.

This resort is situated about 16 minutes walk from Broadbeach and about 20 minutes from Surfers, so for us the location was perfect. The staff we encountered were polite and friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were nice and clean and looked after. The room was clean, if looking a bit tired, so it’s probably due for a makeover, the balcony we paid extra for was lovely facing the beach but it didn’t get much winter sun on it, but it was quiet.

Hotel had everything it needed and just a 5 minute walk to Florida Gardens tram stop, so easy enough to get to Broadbeach South through to Helensvale. The hotel itself was a but outdated and it was very rare to see any staff there or the front desk open, but we didn't need them for anything so it wasn't really a bother. We were disappointed with the spa bath as it wasn't very big at all but everything else had what it needed The swivel TV was pretty cool.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at surf parade resort. Lovely clean rooms, fantastic views, very comfortable. Staff were all excellent and very helpful. The huge heated pool and sauna were great. Perfect spot east walk to the beach. Thanks for a lovely stay.

An amazing place for a family holiday, value for money self-contained unit. We travelled with our newborn daughter only 3 months old. Large comfortable bed, cot on request, large open en-suite with spa. Wasn’t impressed with the spa it hasn’t properly cleaned for a long time, once switched on dirt comes out with water pressure. Fair size balcony with view. Nice heated pool with big size spa and sauna facilities. Love the laundry facilities and kitchen with amenities, it's shame that the stove does not come with a cooker hood. Secure access, the lift needs a pass to the open and spacious car park with plenty of car spaces. The only major concern is housekeeping only provided for stay over a week, we had to sleep on the same linen for a week as we stake exactly seven days, housekeeping policy needs to be adjusted. Highly recommended for families with children.…

The Surf Parade Resort is under new Management and the changes are fantastic! The location is superb with most places, including Oasis Shopping Centre a 15 minute walk away. We stayed in the Superior 1 bedroom apartment with ocean and Hinterland views from the balcony. The accommodation was spotless. The bathroom although slightly dated is clean and the water pressure is spot on. We loved that the TV can swivel between the lounge area and into the bedroom! The large outdoor pool and surrounds are clean and the bbq area is great. They even have an industrial ice machine that is free for guests! Will definitely return !!!

Good value for money self contained unit. Good balcony and view. Pool is nice and big with spa and sauna facilities. Room nice with full kitchen/Laundry/Air con, all in good working order. In room spa the best point, enjoyed that a lot. Stone's throw from Florida Gardens Tram stop so easy to get to Broadbeach/Casino/Surfers etc..Room secure as need pass to open front door, then lift and finally room. Only negative, as stated by some other guests, is the cleanliness of the room could be improved. Found stray long hairs around, Sofa a bit sticky, slight mould in bathroom grout. Nothing major but something that could be improved upon. Noise level within hotel average, could hear neighbours doors closing/furniture dragging /bumps etc, but that's pretty much happens most places I stay on the Gold Coast. Staff were friendly in my 2 interactions and will definitely return if similarly priced to this stay.…

My partner and I stayed there last night on our way home to NSW. The view is good, the pool lovely but the the room one word FILTHY the mould around the spa didn't form over night it was week's of not being cleaned properly. The front of the spa was broken, the side table had something spilled down the side & the lourves had paper stuck on them the place needs a really good clean especially with Covid come on people.
