The appartments were very comfortable and I got to know everything real quick. The indoor swimming pool was nice (heated swimming pool) but it was slightly cold for my likings, the spa/ hot tub was really nice and relaxing but I wanted no one in the spa while I was there. Overall like this hotel and would come back again.

Service was excellent, staff are very friendly. Great view on the beach side. Very beautiful. If you are expecting hotel service you will be disappointed, this is an apartment, which is different and I think much better. Bring some of your own coffee, tea etc and it will make life a little more comfortable. Huge space for kids to run...

Stay for a few nights in an ocean view apartment. The view is very good and big enough space to relax. It provided all the facilities needed but old. the quality of water is bad but it may be a common problem in whole gold coast. location is so convenient to everything. Some reviews complain the staff working time and...

The location is perfect. It's on a secluded part of Surfers Paradise away from the party area but it is near major establishments like restaurants and convenience stores. They have deals that are reasonable and they've got a perfect view of the beach. It's just a 2 minute walk from the tram station. The staff were also great. 3 days...

On arrival asked to wait till 2pm before entering apartment. This later became 2.30pm. Entered at 3.30pm to find hot air blower dtrying to dry wet carpet and room stank. Reception staff had already left for the day; at 3pm. Could not enter till 6.30pm when smelled was less. The 2 paid staff on site did what they could to...

Very happy with our stay here. Great views of hinterland and ocean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Both tram and buses minutes away. Supermarkets close by. And our apartment was both huge and clean. Kids loved it. Will be back next year.

I won't bore you and write all the details of our (unfortunate) stay here. The few things I will point out: -This is not a hotel (I have no idea why this "resort" is even on all the HOTEL booking sites, since it is not a hotel. They are private owned apartments (each apartment is separately owned) and managed by...

A little walk to Caville but plenty of eateries nearby and an IGA is in the next block. Short walk to the beach, great views from our room too. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had plenty of room for 3 adults. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely and friendly. Full size fried and...

We stayed in a two bedroom beachfront apartment. The apartment was spotless well appointed and on the 18th floor we had superb ocean views. This was not our first stay and we will certainly be returning. Great apartments , close to everything, indoor heated pool , spa and sauna, outstanding views ... it ticks all the boxes.

Stayed here for 6 nights in October of 2014 - although did have to check the calendar after I saw the state of the apartment! It was like walking back into 2005: for starters, the room key was a literal key, the hotel clearly demonstrating it's lack of technological ability at the very start. The carpet was old and spongy,...
