Would definitely recommend this place, its clean, chilled down to earth & twice a week they have a resort night out where there's fancy dress & they take you around the pubs & clubs of surfers & its really cheap. You can be in the middle of surfers in a 5 min walk. Kitchens to make your own food too....

SP Backpackers resort was a great time! The people working there are super nice and helpful! They are super engaging and know how to have a good time with everyone staying there! All of the facilities there make it super easy to meet other people at the hostile! Met the best group of people I know there and we still...

Stayed here for a few nights. Awesome place - very lively with a great bunch of people. Staff were helpful with recommendations and tips. Can be a little noisy at night but hey it's a backpackers! We will be back again!

Stayed here for a week. The location isn't to bad about a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip. There is a tram stop right outside of you didn't want to walk, there is also a bus stop around the back that takes you direct to all the parks. The staff are pretty chilled and easy going, ask them anything...

We stayed a few nights here. I think we had a 5 dorm room which is totally fine. Nothing special so far. It's a normal backpackers in Australia with normal rooms and beds. But outside of the room, you have everything you need! BBQ stations, a Basketball field, a pool table and a pool. There were many friendly and cool...

This is the worst place I ever been to. The rooms are dirty and with no decoration or any kind of love - you feel like in jail. The music all over the place is so loud that you can't even sleep if you want to. The area seems to be nice from the outside, but is more like a...

Stayed her for a couple of nights and had a great time! Met some truly wonderful people! Everyone gathered together in the central area and were really approachable. The rooms are relatively clean and the kitchen could do with a little more maintenance. The staff were really friendly! Would go back.

Stayed here for 12 days which is pretty long for a hostel. Me and 2 buddy's showed up not really sure what to expect. Met so many new friends now traveling with 4 people. It's not super clean but for $30 a night you can't expect a lot. Would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here. It's close to the tram that takes you into town to the shops and the beach is just behind the hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting places to go and see and things to do. The kitchen area was okay. Some of the hobs were really slow at cooking things. We met some...

The location of this hostel is perfect as its right next to the beach and the town can also be reached in 20 minutes in a leisurely stroll. The hostel has spacious rooms and faculties include a pool and hammocks as well as a seating area and cooking facilities etc. The hostel also arranges nights out and I would recommend...
