We checked out of a week long stay today in unit 40. We had a pool view which was very nice and a spacious balcony. Our room was cleanish (surface clean) and fairly modern. There was build up of grime on shower head that need a a good bleach and faint stains on the bedsheets.

Thankyou for taking the time to write an in depth review. We appreciate your feedback. In regards to the bed sheets, All linen is sourced through an outside cleaning linen company, who provide and wash all linen. Our cleaners, should never have put linen on a bed, if it was stained and it should have been placed in our returns trolley for the Company. I do apologise for this. As we are self contained apartments, and not a Motel, or Hotel, we only provide a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll, sachets of laundry liquid, etc, to save you rushing out on arrival. This is fairly standard in most Buildings. I apologise if you felt the pool was not clean, but we do have to meet Council Regulations and they have regular testing to see if we meet these standards. Our Pool Company also has to meet these standards. The chlorine smell would be from the spa, as these pools need regular dosing. Thankyou again for your feedback.

***WARNING*** Don't book here, even if you are desperate. The customer service is so bad. Di, the office manager is ruthless and so is the hotel manager. You are better off booking at another place where they care about customers.

We were in the Gold Coast for no other reason than to visit the theme parks, and wanted to stay somewhere close to Surfers Paradise, without actually staying there...this place hit the mark. Out of hours entry is clear, and we knew we'd arrive after 5 (we were travelling from

Thankyou for taking the time to review Paradise Isles. We are self contained apartments and you are correct in saying you need to pop to the shop to buy toilet rolls etc. On arrival we supply a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet roll. Once they are gone, you will need to supply your own. The building is 20 years old, but we do pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the apartments. Regards Di

There are 6 back rooms to each floor and I would STRONGLY advise anybody looking to book a room to check first that they do not have a back room!! They are atrocious! It is an old property inside and out (hence the price, I suppose), but the spa pool is barely tepid (depending

hi, is the rooms, especially bedrooms, accessible for wheelchair users?
Hi, I am sorry to say we are not wheel chair friendly. We have steps up to the ground floor apartments and a hob to get over into the shower. Regards Di Office Manager
