My family and I stayed at Paradise Resort almost a year ago, but I only just created a trip advisor account. My first impression of this property was terrible; the foyer was dark, dirty (from kids crumbs on the floor) and the decor was old (with a huge kids playground in there). We paid extra to stay in a refurbished...

Dear MazB03, Thank you for taking your time to provide us with a review so long after departing our resort. As you can imagine, there have been a lot of changes to the resort since your previous stay and we would love to welcome you back to Paradise Resort to experience all the refurbishment we have done. Over the past...

We stayed here for nine nights and were impressed with what the resort had to offer, however with the higher price tag for a very budget room I expexted the activities the resort had on offer to be included in room cost. When you have multiple children the cost soon escalates during the course of your stay. We found majority...

This is our 4th stay in around 5yrs. The kids love it and always ask to come back again. Fantastic for kids. Everything they could possibly want. There are a few new features since we last came. Ice skating, fun play area in reception and laser tag. Be prepared for noise. The music is great for 5 minutes but you...

...but be prepared to wake up at 8 AM every morning when they turn on the water park! My 3 year old would give this a 5-star review as she loved swimming every day, enjoyed the kids club (a free session every day is included in your room fee), and the activities. The restaurant and food was just OK at...

After reading some of the negative reviews on tripadvisor I was unsure whether to stay at the Paradise Resort. I am so glad that we took a chance and tried it. My family which consists of three boys aged 6, 8 and 10 had an absolutely wonderful stay. Our room was the family bunkhouse and the layout of the room...

Dear Michele Cunnea Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We understand it can be difficult to make the choice to try a property if you read a couple of negative reviews. We are currently staying at Zagames resort for the 2nd time. Waterpark always a hit, but the big surprise is the new inside playground at reception, you can see it from the restaurant... perfect for a great dinner with the kids happy. Some of the outdoor/pool lounges need replacing but over all we'll be back again next year!

Stayed here as a family holiday, 2 kids (7 & 3). This is a perfect resort for kids. Great water slide section which the kids loved, small pool but still nice.
