Staff are extremely friendly and make the trip worthwhile. They go out if their way to make your experience comfortable. With the available kids club and loads of entertainment for the adults, this is a one stop place to come to. Breakfast meals not so great, asked for crispy bacon instead of hot ham and they deep fried the bacon!...

Hi Rachel W, It is disappointing to hear that our resort did not meet your standards. It is always difficult when external booking companies provide us with details that do not match your own and unfortunately in cases like this the check in time does take a little longer while we ensure we are providing the most suitable accommodation for...

Stayed at Paradise Resort for my daughters birthday in Feb 2017 over 4 days. Firstly, please let me make this clear it is a family oriented resort, however I wouldn't call it a 'resort'. It needs cleaning and painting and refurbishment. The facilities though - excellent! So many activities for children to participate in and really good options for food...

Honestly the last place we would visit is Surfers Paradise! The resort is centrally located, which is great, but it really needs a makeover. The bathroom stinks!!!!! Oh my god, it's clean, but just stinks and it's throughout the entire room. The kitchen facilities are quite poor. I expected a little more given the price of the rooms, but I...

This will be a biased review as I am a clean freak. Unfortunately, this place does not seem clean. 1. The hallway to the rooms is dark and dingy and whilst I can see the carpets here, I suspect are really dirty. 2. The carpets in the room old and dull. 3. Superficially, the bathroom and toilets look clean but...

My whole family travelled from Victoria to the Gold Coast last August (7 kids and 7 adults) and we all stayed at Paradise Resort for 9 days. It was the most amazing holiday! Staff were super friendly and there was so much to do. Cocktail tasting nights for example for adults and the kids loved the Kids Club. The restaurant...

This is our second visit to Paradise Resort. The kids just love it. Especially the water park and the kids club. The rooms are very simple and probably a good thing with small kids. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Having a sink, microwave and fridge is very helpful. The activities are varied and they have loads of things happening all...

everything about this hotel needs updating. it is in desperate need of a refurb and a good clean! The facilities for kids are great but not for the parents who need to be close by to supervise. The rooms are a great size but are in need of refurbishing. our bathroom was quite grotty with a rusted bath tub and...

Just took my 3 grandchildren for a Queensland holiday and chose Paradise Resort. As my girls were young teens. I felt this was not really for them. I thought the resort was a little tired but then found out it is about to be demolished and hopefully rebuilt. There is plenty to do for younger kids. But I also felt...

The rooms are run down and have not been updated for a while . Facilities are great for the kids but difficult to book activities . Needs a change to room quality if you want to come back. Please get some queen beds in the rooms
