Beds are comfortable, bathroom is gorgeous, really nice interior design, loved the complementary package. Room is lovely and the resort is well kept. The only criticism would be the lobby smell. Otherwise, very beautiful and tidy.

Stayed here for 2 nights with the family (Wife + Me + 2 & 4 year old). Was such good value for money. All the rooms have been recently reno'd by the looks. Massive pool splash area to lounge around all day. Kids loved it. It's completely designed for children. Breakfast and Dinners open early in the main dinning room and the whole crowd seemed to be young families. Plenty of Ipads at the dinner table which made us feel right at home and not judged :) The only gripe (at this is very much a consistent gold coast thing) is not enough parking onsite or nearby. Fine if you're flying in from out of down, but we drove down from Brisbane.

Hotel is a little outdated and maintenance needed. Would be better with a larger pool as it can become very crowded. Food is very average, burgers are similar to frozen food. Pizza dough was a bit soggy.

Lovely room. Food and drink surprisingly good and very good staff who were all very polite. Highly recommended if travelling with family. Can be a bit noisy but we chose to have kids right! Good value as well. The restaurant serves very good quality food as well. This was our second stay.

The place is extremely over crowded, most of the facilities kids club and ice skating closed. Room smells terrible. No parking available had to park 4km up the road on the street. Do not go!!! We checked straight out.

I have found the perfect holiday for our family,we love that u can leave ur kids in kids club take advantage of the all day offer ,my child has loved every minute of it,there is so much to do rock climbing,ice skating,water parks,kids club and a daily planner with a list of things to do all day,the room was a bit run down but for what is at the place it was ok,but they were also more than happy to send the cleaner up to solve the issues I had,a bit of maintenance on the room eg tap is broken,ezy fix and would really make a difference in the room,but all in all we loved our stay the staff are amazing they go above and beyond for the kids and parents,I felt I did not have to leave the resort it really does have it all,I will definitely be coming back and highly recommended for all families,if u don’t have kids this is not for u!but that’s why I picked it as it was kid friendly and they really have made it all about the kids and young ones!this place is really heaven for kids and parents!…

I would think about other options before I booked here again. The rooms are OLD. I'm not sure I've been in a hotel this run down before. The fridge thing is an actual joke. I'm not sure putting a sticker on it that basically says 'this is not fit for purpose' makes up for the fact that it won't keep anything cold? And why on earth would you not supply a bathmat??? It is beyond packed. There is literally no room to move in any of the pools and we are not here on the school holidays. The breakfast buffet is pretty poor, and every option throughout the day is incredibly carb/ deep fried heavy. Good luck finding an apple or banana. On the up side the kids club was good. One of the reasons I booked this place is that I thought my kids would be able to make friends but really there are just so many people here that making connections is pretty impossible. Will not be coming back. …

We came with our 2 year old daughter and I personnally didn t enjoy as much as I hoped we would. Not much to entertain a 2 year old kid there apart from the pool and 2 playgrounds. The sand pit was closed. What is convenient is to have plenty of eating options although not many healthy options (apart from salads).We might come back but feel like our visit here was very premature for our cirumstances.

Paradise is just incredible! This is our 5th or 6th time and without a doubt it just gets better! Some more entertainment in the morning wouldn’t go a miss but other than that perfect and all the staff are incredible!
