We had the most luxurious stay at the Langham on the GC. It is perfectly positioned on the beach and a short walk to Broadbeach Mall and restaurants. Our room was beautiful, the view amazing, the staff were so helpful and time by the pool was super relaxing.

We have spent the last 6 days here and our stay was perfect. The staff were all kind and very courteous during all interactions, and when there was the smallest issue like a drink taking a little longer from the bar it was not charge for without even asking. The service we received was second to none. We had some wind noise issues in our room on the first day and a new one was sorted with no issues at all again. They were always bending over backwards to make our stay as welcoming as possible. We will definitely be back as the place, the staff and the service was beautiful. Yeah it is more expensive than other places but it is worth every cent and more. Thank you to all the staff you made our holiday and us feel special the entire time. Lastly that scent as you walk into the foyer is just magical. If only I could get my hands on that for home. Pure elegance.…

stayed in an executive suite, room was amazing but it stopped there. Pool area was too small we couldn't get a seat on both days, water was very cloudy, pool food service was very slow and food was very unpleasant. Room service dining was also unpleasant, food overall wasn't 5 star worthy(we enjoy good food). the constant swiping to get into pool area etc was bit annoying. breakfast area was very small and not much of a variety of food. Also service was very very slow. unfortunately it will be our first and last stay!

It’s the first time for me to stay in Gold Coast and I chose the Langham as many tourists gave a high rating! Guarantee you will not be disappointed! It is everything they have promised! Room is clean and have a lot of space. Bed is soooo comfortable! And you will love the resort pool a lot as it is really a good place to relax and have a drinks!

We just loved everything about The Langham and we now have a new favourite hotel. The decor was just beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff which just added to the fantastic experience. Hopefully we’ll be back to stay again very soon.

One of the best hotel I am in, great health club and swimming pools, both in door and outdoor. just one step away from a beautiful beach. the health club is neat and most equipments are avaiable. I would definately come back again!

Not impressed at all.. we stayed in the residence building and the apartment visually was lovely, but fundamentally flawed. Balcony was enclosed, glass window between bedroom and bathroom had no blind ( very unusual) full view into toilet and shower - pool area for residence is on the 3rd floor with plastic sun lounges and nothing else - main pool area is a wind tunnel filled with cashed up bogans and their plastic partners - and i have NO issues with tattoos, but it was like a bikkie convention on steroids. The French pool attendant ( lady) was rude and hostile towards guests who were not part of the hotel section. Overall, it was a poor experience and there are plenty of other options up there. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

As the hotel facilities are only located in the middle tower in which there is not a pool located on level 3, and the north tower is its own separate entity. My husband and I stayed at this Hotel as a birthday present to him. We stayed for three nights. The weather wasn't the best, but we were able to make the most of it and enjoyed using the gym and indoor pool. The buffet breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. We didn't have any other meals at the restaurants, but we did enjoy a charcuterie board and some truffle fries at the Lobby Bar. The Hotel is in a great location withing walking distance to the main street of Surfers Paradise or the Casino in the other direction. The tram is also a few hundered metres away if you don;t want to walk. The Hotel also offers complimentary parking.
