I travel for work and we've stayed at this motel over the last couple of years. The manager there now is very rude. Rude to me and rude to our group. Swearing, not at us but because the chef was late coming in to cook breakfast, he took it at on our group, swearing, as if it was our fault. We pay quite abit of money each time we stay there, and the service has gotten worse over the last 6-8 months. We won't be staying there again. Food at the restaurant is average. We dine there for dinner and some nights the food is great, other nights, the food is undercooked. But overall its the manager that is the downfall of this place.

The manager is the worst person I've dealt with in a long time, he has ruined this place in 6 months. The bed was like a rock, bedspread was torn, microwave and fridge did not work, no towels, no hairdryer, no Wif, pool is not undercover and the whole place is dingy. This place was so bad that I left after 1 night. The manager said no worries, he understood. He then refused any refund and has ignored every correspondence from me. The place was quite empty, so how I got such a terrible room is beyond comprehension unless the others are worse. I love to give great reviews, but there was nothing redeemable about my stay. $40 Booking.com credit is all Booking.com could do as they have no further escalation options. Dodgy and cheap are normally my go, but this place was something else- and not even cheap. Disgusting, dingy and never again.…

Check in staff grumpy about my booking.com reservation, when requesting a ground floor room they wanted to charge a much higher rate No communication at check in that breakfast was no longer included even as its still advertised on website. Both Reception & restaurant were closed,others dropping keys in lockbox also commented. Had previously stayed here and had enjoyed friendly staff & breakfast inclusion was good, so very dissatisfied after this stay & will not return.

Clean and comfortable but dated and on the main north/south highway so a bit noisy at night. Pleasant staff and tea and coffee plus biscuits available in the room. Pump packs for toiletries. Good water pressure and a/c.Free light breakfast is a bonus but the dining room doesn't open before 7am. It's surrounded by corporate "restaurants" but as it's a couple of blocks from the town centre, it's easy to get a decent evening meal

Great location on the southern side of Rocky. Friendly staff at check in with clean large motel room. Continental breakfast included and all you need to start the day. Short walk to takeaway outlets .

Motel room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn’t serviced during our stay. Our room was away from the road but was very noisy with the sounds of traffic going all night on a busy highway. We could hear people talking in the rooms either side and their televisions were annoying

If you’re thinking of staying here, please think again. The service was poor, the highway and itinerant noise was unbearable and it certainly was not as described. This place clearly has its favourite guests, they get the rooms at the back. Away from the highway. My mistake, never again

This is your basic 1980's motel that is in need of some tarting up. The room was on the larger side but was in need of an update, especially the carpet. Our room wasn't serviced and the reception lady apologised and said that here records indicated that our 'Do not disturb' sign was out. We didn't use the sign during our visit and rarely do.The light breakfast of cereal and toast was a very nice touch.

Very noisy location, the room had a broken security chain which was concerning, the wi-fi was really slow and kept dropping out, my ipad said the wi-fi was not secure, there was no microwave in the room, I would not stay here again.
