Located close to the river The location itself is in a quiet street, not much around except old houses or empty offices The big shopping centre was a 5 min drive by car Checkin was easy and the guy was friendly and helpful
Parking was a disaster Only a few narrow spaces, not enough for all the cars
Our studio was bright and spacious. It looked clean. Modern bathroom. The sofa bed had a few spots, so had the wall next to it
Our view from the balcony upper floor was over old houses, but at night with all the lights and the sunset it looked stunning.
Kingsize bed mattress was a bit with partner disturbence when turning around. We are not used to this. It was very quiet at night.
Try to book upper floors They have an elevator
The River and what they call Town centre was in walking distance.

We only stayed here for one night but really enjoyed our stay. Check in was quick and seamless, having completed an online check in prior to arriving. We were in a one bedroom studio on the first floor and were amazed at the size of the space for the price. Good value for a king size very comfortable bed, kitchenette with table and chairs, large bathroom with excellent shower and toiletries, and spotlessly clean and quiet. We were on the same level as the gym and pool but didn't use them for the short time we were here. Parking is available under the building and in a small area outside. Note that the parking can be a bit tight as the driveway is narrow and parking spaces small, so be aware if you have a large vehicle.
The location was pretty good, being walking distance to a shopping centre, restaurants and the river. There is also an excellent cafe on the ground floor that does a great breakfast. You're a short drive from other amenities and attractions.
Overall we loved our stay here and will happily stay here again.

Top floor but view was of back car park and vacant lots. Lovely bed and bathroom. Kitchen semi equipped, number of each item of cutlery and crockery varied. Gym currently closed as was Bliss restaurant, maybe due to Covid but notice was received on such. Was fine for just the one night.

My partner and I have stayed at CBD Luxury accommodation a few times now and as regular visitors to Rocky it’s now the only place we stay! Always clean, value for money and great customer service. The location is close to the Rocky riverfront precinct and the Pilbeam theatre. Love this place and will be back again!

Right from check in to check out the whole experience at this establishment was excellent. The rooms were very clean, plenty of space with good comfortable beds. What makes this a five star review is the wonderful staff with exceptional customer service skills. Matt and Cassandra were particular stand outs but every staff member goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable. The food in their little cafe downstairs was another stand out. Breakfast servings were both generous and tasty. They also make a great coffee and have a great selection of choices for lunch. Staying in a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated by staff is a rarity these days. This place scores 5 stars for many reasons and I would highly recommend it to others. Will definitely stay here again! Wonderful!

Travelling from Brisbane to Airlie Beach we chose this hotel as it had secure parking and king size bed. Room was large with comfortable bed and studio kitchenette that we didn't use as we are out or at the cafe downstairs. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

What a shame we were only staying one night! We were welcomed by Matt, who provided us with the most spectacular room overlooking the river. Huge room, comfy bed, large bathroom - what more could you ask for. We chose CBD Luxury Accommodation after staying previously (probably over 5 years ago) and would definitely stay again.

Would not describe this as a luxury hotel It was okay.
We arrived quite late so we had to use the late check in. It seems the key was not accessible to the parking lot. We could not access the parking. We had to park across the road.
We received an accessible room but did not request a accessible room. Did not like the bathroom in the accessible room. The shower was open which made water go everywhere. We also did not like the soap as it did not lather.
The balcony on the room was very awkward as it wasn’t private and anyone could enter it.
The restaurant was closed the next morning.
