We had a 6 night stay in a 2 bedroom swimout on the sunny side. We were there with friends and found the facilities fantastic. The room was clean, fully equipped and nice and private. The BBQ area is really handy especially if you're with a group. The staff were great particularly Tash & Alex for whom nothing was too...

Spent a week at Oaks Lagoons in a swim out Hotel room. Clean and comfortable however parking is an issue as there was no Disabled parking or allocated parking for rooms resulting in occasions where you had to park wherever you could find a space. Group of young people with no consideration for others made a nuisance of themselves but...

Wouldn't call this a resort, have to go but all cleaning products from town your self, including toilet paper as only one roll given for a 3 day stay. Everything is old. In the 3 days staying here I saw 4 other people. This must be a sign of bad things. Rooms not clean, spider webs, cigarette butts in balcony....

The room is great, its clean and its big & spacious. We got a 1 bedroom swimout, room 15A. Theres ofcourse some little wear and tear on the place but i expect that, we paid a reasonable amount & the place has certainly exceeded expectations. The service we received from Alex at reception is just refreshing, she is fantastic, informative...

We spent 6 nights in a 2 bedroom swimout room. Perfect for a relaxing swim in the pool. This time of year was excellent - not crowded & virtually had our own pool. Great BBQ area, fully equipped - utensils - even hand wash. Shuttles run constantly for good price. We all had a very enjoyable stay! Staff friendly &...

The staff at the Oaks Lagoons were very helpful when it came to organizing day tours and my sister and I were upgraded to double apartments which were lovely clean and very comfortable. They dont have a restaurant or breakfast so we had to go next door to the Ramada hotel which had a beautiful ambience about it and the...

Our accommodation did not quite match what had been confirmed as we were allocated two adjoining apartments instead of a three bedroomed swim out. Our only other annoyance was that the Foxtel stations we wanted to watch were missing. Rooms were a good size so my 93yr old husband could move about quite well while the grandchildren also had room...

Thank you for your review Laurel. We are really pleased you enjoyed the size of our rooms and your family had plenty of room to spread out. We do pride ourselves on cleanliness, so thank you for noticing and sharing in your review. All of our rooms are dual key design, so opened up they become 2 or 3 bedroomed...

The holiday began at check-in, very friendly, efficient and easy. The room was very nice and clean and quite large with all amenities we needed for a 7 night stay. The swim out room was just as we had hoped, the only downside was that our pool was in shade all day and was quite cold- nice in the middle of...

Thank you for such a lovely review. We are really happy to hear you enjoyed your stay & the swim out room met your expectations. We are situated approximately 4km’s from the main street and as you mentioned the shuttles are very frequent, the walk along Four Mile Beach is also a lovely option. Thank you for acknowledging our friendly...

We booked a 2-bedroom, swim out apartment which was perfect for 2 adults and a teenager. The hotel is approx. 3 miles out of town, so you ideally need a car, but believe there is a hotel shuttle. Room(s) were very spacious and well equipped. Cleaning could be a bit better - ours was clean, but looked like it could...

Thank you for your review, we are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay with us! Even though we are situated out of the centre of town, we have lots of eateries and beach access within a short walk. For those without transport, there are 6 shuttle bus companies that frequently run in & out of town at a small...
