dishes were a bit dirty and the $5.00 for breakfast was a bit overkill as we always enjoy going down for breakfast and not worrying about anything enjoying the moment Its not like you are trying to get people off the street so the $5.00 only spoils the experience

Thank you Anthony for your feedback. The $5 is to upgrade to the full hot breakfast as the package only includes continental. Sorry if this was not explained to you. We do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back. Robyn & Team More

Just spent 7 days at Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas. Everything was perfect! We stayed in a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment that had its own private pool, which gave us the option of using the central lagoon or staying on our own and using our pool. The apartment was beautifully appointed very spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff very... More

Relaxing hotel not on the beach but with its own beach that is great for children and families. The pool is very big and heated with sand that flows right into the pool. The staff were very courteous and helpful. One suggestion is to ask for a room facing the pool. The location is excellent close to all the restaurants... More

Great Location, Great Pool & setup, Restaurant was average for the price. Ben & Jamie were great. Air Con in our room took 24hrs to fix. They provided an Expresso machine but would only give you enough for a couple of serves, they claim they ran out of stock. If you wanted more it was at a cost of $2... More

rooms are cool and moderm. The setting of this hotel is just perfect. I had a room facing the pool and whilst i didnt mind, i wouldnt ask for one if you dont like children playing here or people swimming early in the morning. Lovely food, great selection of fresh fruit for breakfast and great service from staff

LOOKS LOVELY ON THE OUTSIDE!! Our one bdr apartment was fine but dirty. I had to buy cleaning wipes to clean the whole place. The bed was uncomfortable, with only sheets in it it. Got a blanket from the cupboard and it smelt dirty & musty. The lounges by the pool were old and falling apart. Had to carry our... More

Pool bar required more trained staff so you did not have to queue up for lengthy periods. Breakfast could do with some variety as it was exactly the same offerings for 7 days. Great location opposite beach.
