We loved our cool room with a jacuzzi on the balcony in which we celebrated my daughter being granted Australian residency with a glass or 2 of bubbly (room service). Relaxing by the pool with it's own sandy beach was a delight with cocktail waiter on hand. Not too crowded at all as low season. Loved the restaurant with views...

Perfect getaway in a relaxing tropical environment. The accommodation, daily room service, the restaurant experience, pool side refreshments and service, access to the nearby town and beach, made the stay over stress free.

Family friendly, lovely pool with sandy beach. The sand gets everywhere though and hard to keep out of the rooms. Sun lounges need an upgrade, but were are not people that spend hours lying in the sun, so didn't really have much use of them. Unfortunately most of our evenings sitting on the veranda were ruined by the selfish smokers...

After travelling 2,500kms from the Gold Coast to Port Douglas, my partner and I had clearly pulled up to an oasis at 11:30pm that night (after driving 8 hours straight from Airlee Beach). This hotel is pure luxury without feeling stuffy and over-the-top. Our room was beautiful, spacious and the bar staff at the little restaurant were so friendly and...

What a lovely relaxing venue. Really wasn't long enough, maybe next time. If I had to be negative about anything at all, it would be the pillows, a wee bit too hard for me. Very minor point, the staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Perfect,

We stayed at Pepper in PD for the first 3 nights of our honeymoon before heading to Palm Cove. Room was clean, good size, pool area was amazing - the only thing missing is a pool bar. Would definitely stay again.

Staff are welcoming and accommodating. The pool is amazing to swim in and relax by. The location is close to shops and restaurants, making it a pleasant and easy walk both day and night. Well maintained facilities and rooms. The beds are fabulously comfortable.

There is one elevator that only caters to a small portion of the property. We could not get to our room via elevator and most of the rooms would not work for people with any difficulty walking. We had a Spa Suite and the tub on the balcony was not very private. The room was very small. There is "AC"...

This is nice hotel in good location with lovely pool. The service was quite poor especially from staff in restaurant and food there was only average. We had breakfast with booking and had one evening meal in restaurant.

We took a short break over the last 3 days of spring as a respite from Melbourne weather. The staff at Peppers were great, as were the amenities. Disappointing was our allocation of a suite in the only section of the resort which didn't have a lift, despite the place being half empty. This combined with a really rude manager...
