We loved every minute of our stay. It was a paradise within paradise! I loved having a spa on our balcony and the swim-up bar was great. The staff were all friendly - especially at front of house and we were made to feel very welcome.

Fabulous boutique hotel secluded, yet so close to it all. The overall staff were great and very helpful with choosing restaurants and local tours. Rooms were a bit dated and we received a spa room which meant, room next to the spa..Could have a real bar scene if they expanded the two seat bar. Beautiful property, highly recommend.

The pool area is fantastic, nothing comes close. The pool furniture could do with an upgrade. The rooms are ready for a change of furniture to make it 5 star again. The staff as always were fantastic and friendly.

We stayed for a week in February, was "off peak" but still busy in the town. Loved the pool, it was nice and warm and the cocktails were great! Staff were friendly. Good location a short walk to shops and restaurants.

Staff excellent, rooms well appointed & serviced. Gym was very small, lacked adequate ventilation, towels & cleaning agents to sanitise equipment between patrons use. Sun loungers coushions all had better days.

Staff were nice and welcoming, grounds and room nice and clean, modern too. Little on the small size. Pool was lovely, great location, 2mn walk to beach and quick walk to main strip with shopping and food, under ground parking always a bonus. Beds and pillows were great.

We had a one bedroom suite with laundry. We were coming off a one week dive boat trip. Our bodies and all our clothes needed a deep cleaning and some R&R. Peppers fit the bill. Port Douglas in Feb was a great place. We had terrific weather, went up to the Daintree every day; Mossman Gorge, Croc Cruise (so-so), and...

My expectations of Peppers was very high as I travel a lot with work, so the entry of housekeeper at 8.30 am was a shock with my wife and I still in bed taking in the peppers experience. Apart from room position and grabbing for the sheets, loved the experience. C

The staff was incredible in assisting us with all of our needs. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, and very attentive in all regards. Its location is great and icing on the cake. We wish we could have spent more time at the hotel during our stay but were very busy. Close to many Australian tourist activities.
