This gorgeous, lush place was an oasis of beauty. My room was set up beautifully. It was part of the package from Flight Centre. All features were honoured by the deal. My first encounter was with Wendy at reception. She explained everything in detail for me, from getting to my room to what time my bus was arriving for my Great Barrier Reef trip. Every question I had she answered. Later on in the five day stay, I met Liz the owner and her husband. Absolutely lovely people. I left the resort feeling relaxed and tidied up for them by stripping off the linen and emptying bins. It’s the least I can do for the incredible stay. I’d recommend this lovely place as a home away from home.

Stayed here with my family in a three bedroom villa and it was dirty and old. Have been to port Douglas and stayed at sea temple and this was a far superior place to stay Pool is small and dingy (both of them) The balcony was filthy - upstairs and down No where to sit outside a nice outdoor lounge would have been a nice feature Stains on blankets and bed heads Air-conditioning did not work in main bedroom Yellow dirt scum around the fitting in the bath Toilet dirty It’s old and needs a revamp

Our entire stay in our 1 bedroom apartment was brilliant. There was abso.lutely nothing more we could have asked for to ensure a fabulous relaxing holiday. Our apartment was spacious, extremely clean and very quiet. The pools were extremely clean and the garden & surrounds were very well cared for. Add the fantastic office staff and it adds up to a really pleasing experience.

We got a great deal (through Click Frenzy) to fly to Cairns and stay at Paradise Links Resort. The resort was good value, but perhaps a little tired. It is actually self catering apartments so perhaps the name is a little misleading. The rooms were clean, although there were a few stains on the carpet and the spa bath had a ring around it, while the silicone seals around the bath were moldy. Despite this, the place was very nice, the staff were VERY helpful and the gardens and pools were well maintained. The resort is about 5-7 minutes drive from the centre of Port Douglas or a 45 minute walk, so would recommend you hire a car. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the place.

The room and amenities were great. I had to call reception to ask for a couple things that were meant to be in our room and weren't (phone + DVD player). The staff were obviously unaware as they asked if they were broken. A DVD player was brought up quickly in response. The parking was great, good amount of spaces and our room felt private.

Our trip was very good. Paradise Links is an extremely nice resort, the rooms were spacious and the pool was good. Being a 2 minute walk to the Palmer Golf course was also convenient. The golf course was also extremely good. All staff were very helpful when we asked for restaurant options.

Just had 6 lovely days at the Resort and the staff were most polite and helpful and Wendy and Pauline made good suggestions for places to eat and they were excellent. Amenities were all good but need to update the tennis balls for next time!
