We stayed here for 8 days. The location is excellent, pools are great and were really quiet when we were there. I just felt that the whole property is just really abut run down. The apartments were a really great size, but they don't need a bit of TLC. We were a little disappointed that no one actually welcomed us...

The Beach Terraces is not a new building, but a well maintained building, we offer serviced, self-contained holiday apartments - and do not profess to be a 5 star resort . Our apartments are very well appointed, very clean we are certainly not run down. Our WIFI terms are also clearly stated on our web site and over all booking...

This stay at Beach Terraces must be about our ninth in a row and over the years we have developed a strong attachment and affection for this place. It is located in a perfect position, one block back from Four Mile Beach which means it's sheltered from the strong on-shore winds that can happen at this time of year. The...

Beach Terraces (BT) is very clean and comfortable, located 100 metres from the main swimming beach, café & restaurant on beachfront. BT is easy walking distance to the main shopping area plus the inlet where tour boats depart. We had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor which was very spacious and includes a full size kitchen & pantry...

Awesome location - walk to everything; we've stayed here before and will stay here again. Apartments large enough for families, clean, tidy with a couple of pools and undercover parking. It's no 5 star resort but that's part of the charm of Beach Terraces. Recommend staying here for sure.

Beach Terraces are in an excellent location. Easy walk to the beach & Macrossan Street. We stayed in a 2 bedroom budget room. Budget it was...not in price though...it was very dark, had old, uncomfortable lounge chairs (the cane type) which needs replacing, (even just the cushions at least to feel cleaner and more up to date), windows in the...

Thank you for your review, but you booked the Budget Apartment, we sell the 2 Bedroom/Budget some $50 cheaper per night than any other 2 Bedroom in the complex and make it very clear that it is not as updated as the alternative 2 Bedroom style options, hence the cheaper rate. The Budget Apartment is very popular choice for those...

Large rooms is what brought us back here. That and location as is just 100m to patrolled beach and just short walk to main street. Quiet street and has 2 pools with undercover parking if needed. Definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Port Douglas.

Centrally located close to beach and shops with a nice pool for kids. Reasonably priced with and spacious clean apartments. This was our second stay here and would happily return again. The loan of buckets and spades for kids was a nice touch.

We're staying here for the weekend with our daughter, son-in-law and 5 month old granddaughter. This is a great place for a family. Our 2 bedroom, self-contained apartment is quite spacious and has everything we need. It was good having a ground floor apartment having a pram to manoeuvre, so I imagine that was a thoughtful gesture on the part...

Stayed here a couple of times and will return. Very close to restaurants if you don't have transport and if you do plenty of parking underground. Very close to the wonderful four mile beach, a walk every morning was a highlight. George (manager) is always there to help with info about Port Douglas.
