An excellent place to stay, you couldn't be more central! There are lots of shops and bars and lovely places to eat on your doorstep and yet it wasn't noisy at night. A reasonable room, if a little dusty, with a good bathroom and free toiletries. There is even a small pool and barbecue facilities.

Great room, neat and tidy, surprised by how quiet it was considering it is near the bars, located walking distance to restaurants and cafes, hassle free checkin and underground car park. In comparison to other accomodation In Port Douglas we found it to be excellent value for money and will definitely return.

We did not have to spend much time in the room, but while we were there the room was very comfortable and very quiet. We were amazed by how big the standard room was and loved the little kitchen. We only stayed two nights and did not have to use the pool or any other facilities. Would recommend this hotel...

Was not what we expected for the amount we paid! $700+ for four nights (hotel room) was just a bed and that's it! No daily turn down service had to pay more for that! Ran out of toilet paper n asked for more had to pay for that too!

Dear 783samy, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear your stay was average. During the peak season our rate as with many properties do increase based on demand. Whilst we do not offer daily servicing complimentary towels and amenities are available from reception. I will investigate why you were told that you had to pay for...

Mantra On The Inlet was booked based on previous experience of staying at Mantras across Australia. This accommodation came as a surprise (not a good one) as the hotel rooms are exceptionally small - claustrophobically small. The bathroom is standard size and on par with other Mantras. The beds are on rollers and tend to travel across the room at...

We stayed at Mantra on the inlet 31st aug - 7th of sept. Checked tripadvisor before we left and felt a little worried from the reviews. We enjoyed our 7 night stay. it is central to great restaurants and activities. It is located between 2 nightclubs...however...we decided to either join in and go down to the nightclub/s to the music..or.....sit...

Great location in the main street and close to all the restaurants & cafes. Beautifully decorated clean room, with everything you need. including free undercover parking. The only downfall was the amount of stairs in the building.

Perfect location directly above shops, restaurants and cafes with a short walk to the marina and beach. Lovely decor and very clean quiet room towards the back on the top level. Reception was hardly manned but phoning them you got the help and assistance you needed. The choice of the Mantra pools was a bonus. Downside was paying for internet...
