Great family resort , excellent location & wouldn't stay anywhere else in PD. We have stayed at the Mantra Portsea on several Occassions now , it has a great vibe about it. The staff are fantastic here

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, with breakfast included which was convenient. We all enjoyed the facilities, from the tennis courts, to the pool or lagoon bar for a happy hour drink. All in all a beautiful stay and nice accommodation. A lot of young families around with little kids (which can be good or bad depending on what your after)....

Room particularly bedroom small. Rooms well cooled with 2 air conditioners. Had to get house keeping to clean bathroom when arrived & kitchen tap very loose. Attended to quickly. Buffet breakfast included in tariff. No lift so awkward for luggage to & from room. Insufficient car spaces in Carpark & expected to park in nearby unlit roads. Advised room would...

We stayed in a couple of 2 bedroom apartments and although they were on the same floor they weren't next to each other. One of the rooms had 2 bathrooms and 2 TV's while the other had just 1 even though we were told at check in that they were the same. The pool was great for kids and the...

Major complaint was the sofa bed, completely not fit for sleeping. When I brought the problem to staff they simply re made the sofa bed. The dxpjanation was that there were no in house roll always available and I had to pay extra for external hire companies bed for the duration of our stay. Poor service! I had already paid...

Breakfast room poorly laid out which resulted in an unnecessarily stressful experience. Food was nice though. Resort facilities were adequate. Was advised on first day that due to it being so busy they were not doing daily servicing of rooms and no late check outs. Front desk staff were very helpful though with assisting with making bookings. Swim up pool...

We had a very pleasant stay (3 nights) at Mantra Portsea, starting at check in with Tom at reception. He explained everything about the place and also provided a guide to the town. Our room was very nice and clean and the facilities at the motel were fantastic. I would definitely stay again at this motel.

As per earlier comment, with exception of one of your team members in reception, they were otherwise very pleasant and helpful. I think you are also missing an opportunity with the poolside bar, with some greater effort and variety you can really increase your patronage and have your guests staying in the resort longer rather than heading off to town...

Stayed for 6 nights with partner and 11 month old son. We had a one bedroom lagoon studio. Room was great and sitting on the balcony for meals was really nice. Bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Continental breakfast was sufficient but would be good if it opened earlier than 7am as young children have...
