This review is based on the unit we took in a townhouse (double storey) - 2 bedrooms Close to the pool.
It is conveniently located and 5mins walk to Four Mile beach.
Amenities Swimming pool Barbeque area - hot plate a bit old Tennis court - a bit worn Wifi is not stable and we end up not using it at all.
Reason why I gave it only 4 stars is the washing machine was not working and wifi was not even usable. We all have to hotspot from our phones.
The managers of the place do try to provide us with new logins for wifi and offered to do laundry. Telstra reception was alright but still not ideal in the location. No data on Optus.

This was an average everyday apartment - it was clean and close to the beach. It is a trek into port Douglas town from the apartment but a nice 4km walk on the beach. Nice pool and quiet. Would have been good to have a few tea bags/ coffee etc for a starter pack as nothing in the kitchen

I was worried about the distance to the main part of Port Douglas but once I got the shuttle buses worked out it was so easy as I don't drive. I just walked from Port Douglas South to the North along the beach and got the shuttle back. Now my accom was so nice, recently renovated that I didn't want to leave. As many have written the WIFI is like a developing country so I was prepared with a back-up Telstra Dongle and my Optus phone to hotspot data so it was all good. Plus the wifi does work but drops out every now and then so just expect that. Cheryl and Scott are the nicest and most helpful managers you'll ever meet, and I travel for 6 months of the year so I meet many. Loved everything about staying here. I will be back. Oh the pools gorgeous as well. Spent many hours around the pool.

Hi. My husband and I are currently travelling around Australia in our EV. The main criterion we have, is that they allow our dogs. From Melbourne to Magnetic Island, every style of accommodation (Motels, Abnbs, Guest houses etc.) has been of a very high standard, clean, well maintained and very welcoming. We have just left The Port Douglas Titree Resort Holiday Apartments, where we stayed for a week- one of our longer stays. We did not know at the time of the booking that the apartments are individually owned and only have managers in place. We stayed in no 12. I’m saying this, as this two bedroom apartment was nothing like the one advertised on their website, which looked lovely and inviting. This apartment was rundown, desperately in need of a good paint and an upgrade of fittings. The place was extremely dirty - rusty shower head, unidentified “spillage” down cupboard doors and cobwebs behind furniture. To add insult to injury the advertised Free NBN Wifi was non existent, unless your car was parked beside reception. I gave 3 stars as Port Douglas itself is unbelievably beautiful!

We chose this resort as a base for our 10 day visit to the region. The apartment was well laid out and relatively comfortable. The location was excellent being away from the hustle and bustle of the down, with an easy walk to 4 mile beach. There was a good selection of DVD’s.
Unfortunately on arriving we spent 4 hours cleaning the unit and even had to purchase a new mop head to wash the floors. There was a lack of towels supplied considering we booked for 3 adults. The unit had no clothes dryer (as advertised) On arrival the DVD unit did not work, nor did the sound bar. ( the DVD unit was replaced ) We had inconsiderate resident neighbors who thought that it was prerogative to use our on-site car parking space. The wi-fi was hit and miss, as was television reception.

Walk up the street and there is beautiful 4 mile beach. Ideal location for us, easy access into Port Douglas's main streets, but far enough away that you can completely relax. We were very impressed with the Apartment we got and it had everything that we could of asked for in it. Very Clean and modern. The staff looking after the property are great to deal with as we had a super early check out required and they were easy to deal with and friendly. The pool area and tennis court are well kept and a good size for the property. Great Fish and Chip shop across the road, and really nice restaurant just a very short walk up the street. Location wise, it is not to far away from an IGA as well if you wish to self cater. We will be staying here again, and completely enjoyed our stay here.

Was expecting a resort feel based on the photos, but it was more of a run down apartment complex. The apartment was run down, dirty, and has horrible internet service and about 10 minute drive time to town. The rooms and upstairs bathroom was roomy, kitchen was well stocked, and parking. Would have been happy if the pictures actually matched the apartment or complex.

The TiTree was a great place to stay. The apartment was very spacious and had a full kitchen which was great for our family. We were close to the pool and the cool spa was a bonus. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t get to use the nice bbq area or the tennis courts. I’d stay longer next time.

Our 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious with balcony and patio. It had plenty of cooking appliances, most were brand new. The washing machine and dishwasher were great to have.
The complex has a pool and tennis court. It is a 5 min. walk to the Four Mile Beach, has some nice dining options nearby, and is only a 5min. drive to Port Douglas town center.
The place was well managed and maintained by Scott and Cheryl. They were helpful, friendly and informative.
I would highly recommend this place for families.

Very clean and large apartments in good location. Far enough away from main street for peace but close to beach. Safe and secure undercover parking. Cheryl and Scot (Ross?) were very helpful and made a ground floor apartment available for us. Would not hesitate to stay there again as modern, roomy, safe accommodation at great rate.
