Excellent location, good facilities and fantastic staff. Closest camp site to the main street in Port Douglas. Owners were lovely and keen to help. Nice pool. Good vibe and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Tropic Breeze Van Park for the Great Barrier Reef Marathon Festival. The park is located very close to the beach and centre of town. The amenities are very good and kept clean. The best thing about the park is the very friendly, helpful and hospitable staff. We will definitely be back... More

We arrived just as they were closing up for the night and the onsite managers were so friendly and helpful. The park abs facilities are clean, the pool is perfect after being out on the ocean and the group kitchen is great. We will recommend to all our Canadian friends travelling to the area

It had all the amenities we needed, including potable water, fridges, laundry, and nice restrooms. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. They would say hello every morning and treated you like you are guests to their home

I phoned ahead whilst on road to check availability & was told all good, they had my first name & said see me soon. On arrival I was greeted with a smile & loads of information whilst her partner showed boys where to park the motorhome. The easy going yet helpful crew are a credit to the park. Facilities are... Might be small, but man is it a great caravan park. Walk across the park to watch the sunrise over the beach, or stroll to town for ice-cream, shopping, seafood... We camped in our tent, it was awesome. Really helpful, good facilities, friendly group of backpackers 'living' there for summer, great knowledge and information available, very friendly. Loved it.

I stayed at Tropic Breeze for 7 nights last week with my husband and two children in our 22ft caravan. We found it to be a very friendly park in a great location just down from the main road in Port Douglas and right across from the beach. The two couples that run the park were extremely welcoming and helpful.... More

We absolutely loved Tropic Breeze! Stayed in a small van for four nights - so really appreciated the facilities. Amazing location just minutes from town and Four Mile Beach. Friendly accommodating staff. Super clean shower and toilets, plus the camp kitchen was excellent! Great vibe from this small welcoming spot. Lots of people intending to stay one night and liked... Pulled up to reception and instantly knew we made the wrong choice by the crowding of vans, wiz bangs, and more wiz bangs! One night will do to check out town. The couple that manage this park are very very nice people, always say hi, always flat out working. They deserve to run a better establishment, their talent is wasted... More
