Located block away from Main Street with easy walking distance to pubs, cafes and shops of Main Street as well as to marina and four mile beach. By no means trendy or luxury accommodation but we found it to be well run, very clean, comfortable and spacious with a much appreciated balcony. On site manager friendly, helpful and available. We have stayed at Palm Villas at least twice a year, for many years now. We chose Palm Villas as our home away from home, firstly for the location. This accommodation is the perfect base whilst exploring everything Port Douglas and Tropical North Queensland have to offer. Palm Villas is in a quiet location, just an easy stroll to the...

The location is wonderful, just around the corner from the main street and only minutes from the marina and Four Mile Beach. The apartment catered for all our needs; clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our host Jakob was fantastic, he listened to our needs and advised us accordingly. I highly recommend a stay at Palm Villas, a gem in Port...

We have just spent 8 days at The Palm Villas in Port Douglas and were very happy with it, a very clean, comfortable place with everything we needed. A few minutes walk from Macrossan Street and the Four Mile Beach. Jakob, the manager couldn't have been more helpful. There were plenty of brochures for suggestions of things to do around...

We stayed here and we really enjoyed the facilities, nice pool area, good laundry facilities, friendly owner. This motel is located a short walk from town, so an evening stroll will take you to alot of eateries and shops, we found the motel clean and the owner accommodating.

We only had 2 days/nights in Port Douglas, but wish we could have stayed longer! The room was lovely and clean - a great kitchen, balcony with table/chairs, etc. The owner was extremely helpful/friendly , and helped us arrange a tour and plan our visit. There is free onsite parking, and free laundry facilities. It is a quick (5-10 minute)...

Have recently returned from 9 days at Palm Villas. These one bedroom apartments are simply furnished but very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Bathroom, while a little tired, was clean and functional. Location was second to none. Walk to beach, wharf and Main Street in minutes. Extremely well maintained tropical gardens and pool with BBQ area. We thoroughly enjoyed...

This hotel was perfect for us. Our room was nice and quiet and the hotel itself was clean and tidy with a nice pool and bbq area. The central location made it easy to walk to beach, shops and restaurants.

My wife booked a queen room for us and our 2 small kids, went to checkin and were glared at by what I can only describe as a child hating maniac. Almost made my daughter cry, told us we could simply not stay there as they could not accomodate us. My kids are 3 & under, sleep together in a...

We stayed at Palm Villas for 7 nights over Easter. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach and marina. Close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The kitchenette was well equipped with a full size fridge and free guest laundry facilities. The pool was clean and inviting. Jakob the...
