Just spent 5 nights at this great place in an ideal location. Our room had a large bath big enough for two. The hosts were really helpful and provided lots of information about what to see and do. We opted for the continental breakfast at $10 per person to have a complete break from cooking - well we were on...

We stayed here on 2 separate occasions and both times rooms were clean and well appointed. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Reception area offers a large array of tourist information. The only down side was the towels, they could do with a bit of an update.

We have received excellent service from Colleen and Rob, I have never felt as at home as I have living here. Out trips were extremely well organised and we were looked after in every aspect. Going over and beyond does not even come near to describing our experience. 10 stars!!

From our arrival to departure we were made comfortable by Colleen and Rob, they are truely great hosts. The hotel could do with a little updating but it is clean and we'll kept. About a 15 minute walk to town and many places to eat nearby. If we return to Cairns will definitely stay here again.

This place is just wonderful, especially due to the staff. Colleen went above and beyond to make our stay such a wonderful experience. We were able to book the best day for our reef tour, given the weather forecast info they had for the outer reef. We got great advice about anything we asked for - restaurants, tour boat, gelati.....

Where do I begin. I picked it because I read a review about how helpful with recommendations for sights to explore. They couldn't have done more. Got immediate bookings very efficient, perfect for my teenage daughter and I. We had a day flight delay and they were flexible about the day change unlike the hotel company I booked through.Colleen the...

Arrived after hours. My bus was late. I was welcomed & helped by both staff on the desk. Rooms are good size & very clean. It's quiet also close to food & restaurants. The only complaint is the smoking below drifts up to my balcony. Breakfast is available, nothing flash. But not expensive.

Brought 26 college students from the U.S. for three nights. Being a bit of the beaten track was great, and the apartment accommodations allowed them to save money by shopping. Colleen and her husband were terrifically helpful in shuttles and side trips.

We stayed here overnight before our morning flight. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The motel room was big with two very comfortable double beds, a kitchen with everything you would need for a stay of a week or more. The bathroom was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was beautiful, you can have a continental breakfast or...
