This was the third time that we have stayed at Villa Vaucluse, right from when we made our most recent reservation with Brett the manager, he made us feel welcome, he remembered us from previous visits and managed to get us the same room which was great! Even though he new that we had stayed previously he was still happy...

When we arrived at hotel we were immediately greeted with amazing service from Caleb ? (Think that was his name.). He was so helpful with everything we needed and was so accommodating and booked us a trip for snorkeling on short notice ! We were so happy with our stay ! The room was great , the pool was very...

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I've had during an entire lifetime of travel to many countries, including tiny hotels in South America or Asia. The room itself is fine, with the exception of not having a telephone. I imagine this works okay for Australians or those who bring their own cell phones with them. No complaints about...

This no-frills apartment was good place to stay while seeing the Great Barrier Reef. It had a small kitchenette and a washer and dryer, toaster, microwave, utensils and dishware. The manager can provide you with many things that you may need - laundry detergent, beach towels, toilet paper, but expect to pay a small fee for everything. The internet was...

Had an lovely 2 nights stay here, wish it could have been longer. Wonderfully clean apartment. Close to the city. Brett the manager is very friendly. Can't fault this place, value for money. Will certainly be a repeat customer. Secure undercover parking onsite.

This is a lovely quiet Villa easy walking distance from the Cairns city centre. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The courtyard has a lovely lush garden. The business is for sale so this would be a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to make the sea change.

Rented five rooms for one week for a whole family. Location is within walking distance to everything. Staff couldn't be more obliging. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Rooms on the pool side are more enticing. Would definately come back again.

what a surprise to fine our room had a kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony. We were only a few blocks from down town and the beach. The manager was very helpful in arranging tours, car rental and bicycle rental. All this for a very affordable price!!!

The pool is gorgeous. For future travelers, think of the neighborhood. In hindsight I would go to one of the bigger chains in town or further up the coast. If you stay at Vaucluse; may I suggest you are inducted by management on how to lock the plantation shutters especially if they are on the "ground" floor. Lock your doors;...

Stayed here for the weekend, it was difficult to find at first and the parking to get in there was terrible, the building looks dated and needs some TLC but in a good location for a wonder into town. The room was clean and comfortable but nothing flash and again dated. There is good secure parking underneath the building which...
