Stayed just short of two weeks in a family room. Clean, serviced daily and had a washing machine to keep on top of the laundry. Plenty of space and separate rooms, decent balcony and a we'll presented room with a good layout. Air con in all rooms. Wifi to keep kids happy and plan trips. Attached restaurant good from a...

Perfect for holidaying family/group. Interconnected large rooms. Well furbished kitchenette. Well furnished with large bed, dining table and chairs, sofa and centre table. Nice sit out towards the garden. Cute little pond is nice to take a dip on a hot summer day. Very friendly front office manager. The day tour was booked through the front desk in minutes and...

We took and apartment for 6 adults but were a little dismayed to find the 2 adults on the sofa bed needed to walk through our bedroom to use the bathroom. The other room was ensuite but separated by a locked door. This was not really what we hoped for but on the bright side the breakfast was very reasonably...

Stayed for a couple of nights with teenagers. Biggest downside was the extremely slow wifi. Our friends in another room also had the same problem. Tried it closer to the office and still the same. We had business emails etc to finish before heading up Cape York for 3 weeks, it wasn't just the kids that were needing it. Apart...

Located very close to the airport main shopping and the Esplanade the apartments are basic. Large parking lot and decent breakfast. There is only one toilet in a 2 bed apt. The rooms are not cleaned daily even after requesting them to clean them.

Cairns was definitely a high point of our trip to Australia and I have no hesitation in saying it was due in no small measure to our staying at the Cairns Queenslander. Emma and Hana were ever willing and cheerfully assisted with directions and guidance and maps and booking cabs or tours. This lovely, homely hotel is a good 30-40...

Depends where your apartment is but ours was near a road but its not very busy, the garden was well maintained and looks nice. The staff are friendly and take their jobs seriously, everyday the cleaning lady will come in and make...
