We stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom unit - as have teenage son. He loved it as he got his own lockable room off ours. Rooms were a good size - but strangely laid out kitchen sink area. Fridge was very noisy - so we turned it off at night so we could sleep. Staff were very... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The reception staff were friendly and kind even when they seemed busy. The room was spacious and well-equipped. But it was a bit disappointing that the room wasn't cleaned up during my stay. I also didn't really like the bathroom with no door, which easily made the floor get wet. Still there... More

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for six nights. Extremely clean, very comfortable in a great location, all staff friendly and very helpful. The price was reasonable and if in cairns again we would definitely stay here again.

We flew up to cairns during a holiday to Australia. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. It is in a quite part of Lake Street, just back from the esplanade, but it is a bit of a walk to the restaurants and shops. Our room was very bright and spacious and the waterfall shower was amazing.

Reception staff very friendly on arrival. Room was large and clean. Bed average tea and coffee provided with enough milk for a couple of cups. Free wifi. Very convenient to local access and the esplanade. Restaurant and in room dining, very average. Had a lot of trouble trying to get hold of the restaurant for booking a table or room... More

We chose this hotel as we wanted three beds and a good sized room for three adults. These requirements were well served. Little things that could be improved would be the provision of face washers and tissues in room and a broom if daily vacuuming is not part of housekeeping. Our floor was not swept or vacuumed the whole week... More

It was very disappointing staying here. You could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms and also from people walking past the room. We got clean towels snd toiletries each day but the room wasnt cleaned for the 6 nights we were there. Very disappointing and would not recommend it at all

Upon check in the staff were great. Room clean and fresh, beds were great location great only short distance to town. Spacious rooms. Only negative is the corridors are a sound tunnel and very noisy. Other then that great stay would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights and were quite happy with what we got, although there were a few shortcomings. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite early and they allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready (at 12.30). The room appeared (and smelt) clean at first glance, but we soon discovered half... More
