The place was not what it claimed to be on the website, we hired an apartment, the kitchen was not well equipped at all, the whoke place is old and in need of repair, we had an apartment and another motel room, the shower base in the motel room had water all over the floor when one was having a shower because all the silicon had worn out, the bathroom in the apartment was full of mould, bath and taps all were very well worn out, the ceiling in all the rooms were covered with dust , this place is not what it claims to be, the pool was not blue and clean as pictured on the website. When we advised the office that the shower base was leaking and there was a lot if water on the floor, the solution was - a towel - we will never stay there again, unfortunately we didn’t move because we had already paid ahead. Sunday evening there were people outside arguing and swearing

We stayed here recently in a family apartment. Very spacious room and staff very friendly. There was a small balcony, equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small laundry. Beds were comfortable and the area was clean. Only a short drive from the city and nearby there is a McDonalds restaurant which is handy. There is secure parking available within the complex and the swimming pool was really nice. There is a BBQ area near the pool which we didn't use but was a nice area. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others.

Great accommodation for two couples - private quiet, clean, good kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and lounge. Unfortunately we had not done our homework enough and were not prepared for taxi problems- long wait at airport, $44 fare, failure to turn up for booked return. Bus ok in daytime. Also disappointed no close shops, cafes when we needed to buy food lateish first night. Staff were friendly and helpful despite late arrival.

Stay approx. 4 weeks, I arrived with a very dirty room, there was a build up on dust and remotes not working, light globes missing and air condition in a bad way, Its set on 25 degrees and you cant go lower for your needs. Blinds broken and dirty. I stayed the 4 weeks hoping they would improve my room for cleanliness but it didn't happen. Loud music most nights with a strange weird smell in the hallways.

Lovely friendly staff who are happy to answer questions. Tour desk on site so they can book for you and being local might have more information for tourists. Secure unit with CCTV. Lovely fresh linen on the bed and fluffy towels. New induction cooktop which took us a while to work out how to use but was great when we did. Could do with a new rangehood however as the one in our unit was grotty and the lights did not work. Good size fridge with cold glasses ready to go. I did have to clean the screens in the bedroom and living area as we could not see out of them very well for dust. Unit could do with a makeover as it is showing its age in the bathroom especially. Taps and soap holder were chipped and should be replaced. Shower was in the bath so not suitable for infirm or elderly. No lift either so if you cant carry luggage get a ground floor unit. Bed was queen size but a bit soft, possibly due to age. Book exchange downstairs near pool area. BBQ for guest use.

Apartments were good value for money but a small outlay of a couple of dollars could have made them better. One extra tea towel and hand towel would have made all the difference and the beds were a little squeaky but otherwise was a good location to DFO and other places of interest. One bring 8 minutes to the Aquarium and Esplanade

Had a 5 night stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived after hours on our first night and this was no trouble we were given codes and direction to our room. Very secure place to stay car parking and accommodation entrance are all key pad locked. Rooms were ok in the 5 nights our room was only serviced once and all they did was change our towels nothing else. One disappointment was arriving lste Friday night from the airport getting to our room and wanting to relax with a cuppa milk was not provide so we had to leave again to get milk. Overall it is a fairly clean place. Maintenance is required on aircon and fans. A small table inside the room would have made our few day stay more pleasant as there is no bench/table.

Stayed for two nights the room was basic but that's all that was needed. bed software due to age, fridge was noisy as hell had to turn off to get a good night sleep, shower was nice and hot with plenty of pressure but handle was hard to turn, toilet kept running. could do with a small table for meals and paper work, but staff was really polite and helpful. And pool area was nice even though the pool could have done with a good clean,

Staying here to be close to work whilst looking for long term accommodation and the staff were very friendly and helpful getting me settled in. Close to both mount Sheridan and stocklands shopping centres ( 5 mins drive) Accommodation is clean and very secure with security cameras and doors with codes for peace of mind. There is even an undercover car park which is accessible only by code if you wish to secure your car. Room has everything I need, only downfall was it would have been nice to have a small table in the room to sit at ( which there is room for) Other than that it has a nice pool, BBQ facilities and tennis court on site. Plenty of brochures at front desk with sights to see in and around cairns .

Always a great place to stay. Friendly hosts, secure parking and a good location. I was visiting friends on the south side of town so like being a little out of the city but only a short drive to be in the middle of the action. Nice pool, tennis court, good range of accommodation options and a good rate. Definitely my go to each time. Thanks for a good stay as always.
