My daughter and I stayed in a 2 bed apartment in February 2020 for a week and a half. The apartment, gardens and pool exceeded our expectations, there is nothing negative to report. Minh and Dustin provided support and advice,helping with trip bookings and organising taxis for us. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a more than comfortable stay. Next visit we will be looking for a 3 bed apartment and will include my husband and son in the trip, and stay for much longer. Thank you for providing a home from home with such lovely views. Stayed 4 nights in november, in a one bedroom appartment, groundfloor, at the Lake street.The appartment was big, clean, had everything we needed, but do not expect any luxuary. Price/quality is OK. We loved our very private, big terrace between flowers and green. Location is good, close to the sea. You can hear the airplanes, but it did not disturb us. There is a smaller IgA supermarket at about 1 km from the appartment. For the Coles or Woolworth, you have to go to the city center at about 2,5 km from North Cove, a nice walk along the Esplanade. The botanical gardens are at walking distance, at a 20 minutes walking from North Cove. The airport is very near. A taxi from the airport was 22,5 AUS and to the airport about 18 AUS. I read the reviews for this property before booking and thought all would be good given the positive reviews. Can't fault the lovely pool area and grounds which are well maintained. The BBQ's were handy for a bit of home cooking in the evening. The layout of the one bedroom apartment was also good with the balcony a lovely place to sit to enjoy the afternoon sun. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking utensils and pots. Having access to a washer and drier was also great during our stay. But this is where the praise stops. Our flight from Brisbane was changed by Qantas and we arrived at the complex at 12.30pm. We had to sit and wait for 90 minutes as reception is closed from 12-2pm with no way of leaving our luggage securely or contacting reception. Whenn…

It was a great suite very comfortable clean and tidy the pool area was great and the location was good easy to get to most things with a car the complex is right on the esplanade great for a walk staff were very helpful with everything had a great time

Excellent place to stay. Our appointment was at the front with a view. We found the staff warm and friendly the apartment spacious clean and easy to stay in. Would stay again. It has an enjoyable and easy walk along the esplanade.

Great facilities free Wi Fi and movies was great ,Apartment was excellent and spacious with private courtyard. Secure undercover parking was a bonus for us,lift in carpark made a difference,located in the best area of the city .Staff were awesome

North Cover was a fantastic location and a great venue for a family. The management were very helpful and flexible when we wanted to extend our stay. Good value for money and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I were more than happy with our apartment and the location. So much so, that we intend on returning next year. It was such a delight having breakfast on the balcony each morning and having such a beautiful view of the sea. Having a kitchen was great as we tend to cook a couple of times while away and the BBQ came in very handy. Pool was excellent as was the undercover parking. Big thanks to Minh, Dustin and the lovely young lady who helped make our stay a pleasant and a memorable one.

I had a wonderful time , service was excellent , location, cleanliness, staff very very helpful . I much appreciated my stay! Safe and easy parking, easy to access. Easy access to shops and local entertaining sites , walking distance to major attractions.
