Late check-in was a little difficult for us with poor English skills, but we managed to check in. Even though it was a hotel, there was a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine, etc., and we were able to buy ingredients at the supermarket and enjoy cooking.
The dishwasher and laundry detergent were replenished every day.
The location was also very good, so it was not a hassle to walk around Cairns or go back to get something we had forgotten.
If I had to say something, I would have liked a small fork, and it was difficult to have to press each button every time because there were so many buttons in the room.

Nice for an extended trip or a for a family. I would say things that needs to be improved: hand soap in the kitchen, dish soap in the kitchen, a functioning dishwasher, a larger bin in the bathroom, a proper bag in the kitchen’s trash bin (one that does not shrivel up as soon as one item is put in), a double lock or chain from the inside on the unit’s main door, more readily available laundry detergent, faster wifi, a proper duvet cover on the bed (only thin tiny blanket was provided in addition to lone top sheet; I also asked and this was the provided answer) and a bigger clothes rack (also asked for more but none were available - a dryer is in the unit for those willing to use it). Love the ample balcony, the air fryer, the fans and aircon units incl in the room (but remote batteries need changing), and the fact that it was quiet and within walking distance to the convention centre.

Located near the corporate business centre City Quays was the perfect location for work, but also an easy walk to the esplanade in the evening or on weekends. The executive one bedroom was spacious and had a large balcony with glimpses of the ocean. I would recommend spending the couple of extra dollars to stay in a one bedroom. Cleanliness was second to none and emptying the bins, bed making and topping up amenities were attended to daily. The consistency of these daily attendances and weekly room cleans was probably the best I've even seen - EXCELLENT staff. The front office staff were helpful and pleasant - nothing seemed too much trouble. We were able to leave our bags in reception when we arrived until check-in and promptly received a text once our room was ready. Our room had the shower over the bath and this may present a problem for anyone with mobility issues, but was fine for us. The WIFI was upgraded during our stay and connection seemed secure and reasonably fast. The pool was fairly basic, but had a couple of chairs to lie around on and the BBQ area was always clean. We stayed for three weeks, so the in-room laundry was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, it was a last minute booking and an after hours checkin, I was contacted with details about access however was not told about parking, which was an additional charge to gain access. Not concerned about the charge however not having any parking late at night was a real inconvenience. The wake up alarm in the lounge area went off at 4am, very annoying. The room was advertised with a complementary bottle of wine, this bottle was not in the room, which I reported on checkout, reception apologised and gave the bottle to take with me.

Light, bright, clean, spacious, were our first and last impressions.
Every amenity needed for longer or shorter stay was thought of including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The KS bed was so comfy.
The huge balcony had great views across to the hills and the cruise ships could be seen berthed at wharf.
Easy access after hours when we first arrived.
WIFI a bit patchy at times.
Very convenient / central to waterfront , shops, buses etc.
We have stayed here twice now.
Every amenity needed for longer or shorter stay was thought of including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The KS bed was so comfy.

My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My accommodation was within walking distance of my conference and local restaurants, making it very accessible. The door from the bathroom straight to the foyer was a bit uncomfortable. The noise from the tenants in the next room was quite loud; it was like they were in the room with me at times.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I love the fact that you can cook your own meals in your room, but I would have loved to have breakfast served in the facility. Just so you know, they require a $ 100 refundable deposit, which would be held until you check out. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay there.

Great customer service, pleasant, simple not over the top. Spacious 1 Bedroom apartment. Located on the quiet side of town which is great for us personally. Theres a public parking across the road cost $6 a day, need to use secure parkiing app. Reception is 8am-8pm but that doesnt bother us. Very secured apartment with access key, noting the room key is the actual key.

Good place to stay convenient location. The glassware on the glass shelf was dusty but a quick rinse and was all good. Fairly quiet location, pity the room was accessed via 2 internal doors and were noisy upon closing, the room next door was not too quiet when slamming the doors at 5am in the morning.

Well located being fairly central to the Cairns city area. Access was impeded by nearby building works having the footpath blocked off. There is paid on street parking and off street parking available. Unfortunately my room was very musty and smelled of mould. There was some mould present in the bathroom and the room was very noisy, I could hear doors opening and closing, the elevator squeaking, and taps, showers and toilets being used in the rooms around me making it difficult to be well rested. As I was travelling for work, this was an issue for me.

It is with despondency that I read your review of the standard of housekeeping in my hotel, however I am certainly glad you brought the mould issues to my attention so that I can conduct further training & implement additional quality assurance checks. Whilst I am unable to personally inspect all rooms prior to check in, I certainly do require a detailed checklist of all turned over rooms to be completed, so I will thoroughly investigate how my system failed on this occasion. I do take pride in offering to my guests a clean, comfortable & pleasant environment in which to relax while staying at & do hope that you will give me the opportunity to showcase this to you on your next stay. Yes, they also have irons and ironing boards.
I wouldn’t stay here was there last week didn’t have any of the facilities you are after. The room was tiny and had a desk in front of the door you kept bumping into. There would be plenty of better options in cairns to be honest this would not be one
