Modern, clean and comfortable apartments in a new building. Everything was in good condition although the bedroom aircon was rather noisy. The location is handy for just about everything the average tourist is likely to need. We would definitely stay here again.

Vine Apartments are in a great spot. I was working in South Bank, so the spot was perfect. Also close to the West End and not in the thoroughfare of the CBD. Cordelia Street is quite busy outside, but you don't hear the traffic at all. The apartments have everything you need, including really solid kitchen facilities (and gas stove!)
The service was excellent. I arrived Sunday afternoon when reception was closed, but the manager called me and coordinated everything. I had a really good stay - thank you!

Fab location. Close to South Bank and Bridge to city centre. Parkland opposite. Spotlessly clean a d well-appointed two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with washer and dryer and laundry sink behind cupboard doors. Air con units in living room and both bedrooms. Light, modern colours and furnishings. Secure building with fob entry. Quiet corridors. Traffic noise from passing quarry and cement trucks the first two nights/early hours of Thursday and Friday morning meant I needed to squash silicon putty into my ears to sleep. My mother didn't have a problem. Depends how sensitive you are to traffic noise. Saturday-Monday nights were much better. There was intermittent noise from people in the streets below as they wandered past after meals/pub time in South bank, but they moved along quickly. I especially love the scent of the bathroom products. Tabac and cedarwood - trust me, it's awesome. I'd stay here again.

We stayed for almost a week in an apartment in South Brisbane. The apartment was clean and comfortable, also equipped with detergent and fabric softener for a machine wash. The location is great, close to the convention center, the metro stop, some restaurants and a great cafe for breakfast. The only flaw I could find was a stray cockroach in the bathroom quietly strolling everywhere. Apart from this minor inconvenience, I would recommend staying at this property.

Due to the extreme weather and floods in Brisbane, my work meetings were all cancelled. Most things and services are closed. I had to cancel my trip because of accessibility issues (my companion has a disability). The apartment took all my money, refused to refund, or credit anything for future use. It was a rare unfortunate circumstance and the managers are NOT understanding at all. They also didn’t reply to any of my emails.
Will not stay with nor recommend them.

Had a three nights stay at Vine apartment. It was an enjoyable stay. Free secured parking was included in the stay. Check in process was easy even though we used the after hour lock box. Location was not bad either. Walking distance to south bank river front area. A little longer walking to CBD. Also very close to West End village shops. Apartment itself was great. Very spacious room, bedroom and bathroom. Fully functional kitchen for any meals if you want to cook. It is a proper apartment with everything you need for living. Laundry available in the apartment too. Our apartment has great view of the part. Nice to sit on balcony to eat meals. Bed and bathroom was clean. But the sofa needs cleaning, fabric has discoloured with stains. Carpet has stains and needs clean. I would replace carpet with hard flooring such as timber or laminate. It’s probably better than carpet in Brisbane anyway. Overall happy with the stay and I would consider staying again.

Fantastic clean serviced apartments! Everything you need for a great stay . Crisp white sheets on a comfortable bed . Beautiful soft white towels and complimentary toiletries. Great tv options and was so impressed with the welcome coffee and tea that included biscuits! That's an old school touch you don't see any more . My daughter and I were here for a show at the Exhibition centre and we were so close we could walk . Fantastic spot and a nice little cafe out side for breakfast. Good parking .Highly recommend.

We had to cancel just on 3 days before our stay because my wife was admitted for intense chemo treatment for blood cancer. The Vine apartments would not refund the deposit. This made an already devastating event in our lives just that much more disheartening.

The appt was very conveniently located for our visit however we are unlikely to book the facility again. The bed was very hard and the most uncomfortable we have encountered on our many travels to various cities in Australia and overseas. The carpet was well worn and stretched in the doorway which was a trip hazard, the couch cushion zip was broken and there was a large stain on the couch arm. The curtain was hanging off the track in one area and the wall mounted bedroom tv was at an angle. These are all maintenance and quality issues that should have be remedied. The manager was advised but has not replied with any commenrs or concern.

Stayed here on business for 4 nights. Apartment was great, very clean and comfy. Close to restaurants and Convention Centre. Will stay again. One of the better apartments in South Brisbane I have stayed in. Cafe downstairs is also good.
